Excellent location, can enter grand batam mall shor walk away from the side entrance, or sheltered from within the hotel carpark. (But there are stairs involved) Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast area. Comfortable bed and cool bathroom (our rooms were also upgraded). Soaps are basic. Will return again.

We had an amazing stay at Oakwood Hotel Batam. The service and hospitality were excellent, especially from Salsa, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly pleasant. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you, Salsa.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient as it is directly connected to Grand Batam Mall and surrounded by plenty of cafes and eateries. It is very easy to get around and enjoy the area.
Highly recommend this hotel. 100% recommended!

Great stay at Oakwood Batam! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities especially the pool and gym were excellent. Plus, the location is super convenient, right opposite Grand Batam Mall. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay at the hotel, and we chose the one-bedroom deluxe room this time. We were very pleased overall, though having a dustbin in the living room would make the stay even better.

Had a great time in Oakwood, location is good. It’s clean and the team took our feedback seriously , breakfast selections for weekend can be better managed, I like the breakfast selection on weekday when it’s less crowded.

Everything is almost good but was not told that there was on going renovations next door during 9am to 5pm daily until our arrival.
Our bedroom also can hear the morning prayers of the mosque at 4:45am in spite of us requesting repeatly for a quiet facing room weeks before arrival.
