Room I stayed a little small but it suits for 2 people. Location is very good very close to subway.

Very convenient location. Right beside exit 2 of Sakae Station. 24 hrs convenience store directly connected to the hotel. We will surely be back.

The room and toilet are so small. The aircon is centralized, only heater is available, no cold air, can't adjust the temperature i need. Hotel name is comfort but NOT comfort at all, suffered so much during the stay, definitely won't return to this hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated close to restaurants, malls and train station. Whether you are sightseeing, shopping, everything is within easy walking distance or a short public transport ride away. For solo travelers, this hotel is a great choice. The rooms are just the right size-cozy, comfortable, and functional. And the best part, there is a Family Mart at the entrance and it’s just across Donki! :)

Location is excellent. 1 -2 minute walk from the station, plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, and shopping places. Hotel offers complimentary drinks (sodas / coffee) at the lobby everyday anytime. The room though is inconveniently and uncomfortably small. No space to walk around the bed and very little space to open our 2 luggages. The size of the room is ok for one but definitely tight for two. Bathroom is functional and clean.

Standard hotel , great location accessible with all transport

A functional, busy, well-located business hotel. The room was small, with a tiny window looking out at the workers in the building next door. If you are not spending time at the hotel, which I did not, it is very acceptable for a night or two.

Hotel was so easy to find as it was less than a minute walk from exit 2 of Sakae Station. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is so convenient as it’s a stone’s throw away from the bus terminal and high end shops and stores. 3 minute walk to Oasis 21 and there is a family mart at the ground floor. Would stay here again

The location of this hotel is really great. It's only 20 meters from Exit 2 of Sakae Subway Station. It's very convenient to take the subway or airport bus from the airport. It's a typical Japanese hotel, small but complete. The bathroom even has a bathtub🛁. There is a Family Mart downstairs to meet your daily dining needs. Opposite there is a super big Don Quixote, open 24 hours a day, so nice to visit. There is also a Daikoku Pharmacy diagonally opposite, where you can get a tax refund for orders over 5,000, and it's open until 10 pm. There are big shopping malls such as Mitsukoshi and Matsushita around, which can meet your shopping needs. I'll stay here next time I come to Nagoya. Recommend, recommend, recommend👍👍

The location of the hotel is very nice and the price is affordable. It is less than a minute's walk from Metro Exit 2. There is a Family Mart downstairs. There are free drinks on the 2nd floor and free luggage storage. The only drawback is that the toilet and bathtub are small.

The location is great! It's right in the Rong Business District, at Exit 2 of the underground street. If you want to push your luggage, you can take Exit 8. There's an elevator, and there's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs. The single bed in the twin room is very large, and there is a large sofa with plenty of space.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located in the Sakae business district, very close to the subway station, and opposite Don Quixote. There are many shops and attractions around, which is very convenient. This time I stayed at the high floor and had a view of the Nagoya cityscape from the window. You can open the door in the room. There are two 29-inch suitcases. The hotel has complete facilities. The front desk staff can speak English or Chinese. The lobby can store luggage and provide a beverage bar. The supplies are rich and complete. You can also borrow a luggage scale, allowing passengers to pack their luggage at the hotel with peace of mind.
