Booked 2 twin rooms for a girls’ trip.
My friends were pleasantly surprised with the “birthday cake towels”- such a nice touch .
Tks Oakwood for the thoughtfulness and memorable stay.
The hotel is fairly new. Some teething issues (ie unclean cups, shower tap was faulty, key card couldn’t work due to battery issues etc) - which is expected and quickly resolved.
The staff from front desk, concierge to F&B - they were all friendly and hardworking, with a desire to go the extra mile. Bf at the hotel was relaxing with a nice spread.
My friend left something in the room. We contacted the concierge, who was was very prompt and kind to retrieve it and help explore ways to return the item. We were v grateful and impressed by the excellent service.
The hotel’s location is superb. Next to the Grand Batam mall with lots of restaurants, big supermarket and shops. It was also opposite the wet market and surrounded with many spa options.
We all agreed that this hotel must be one of convenient places to stay. We’ll be back with more friends next round. Tks

We were also given buffet dinner which we politely declined as my mum was vegetarian. Was very happy with the service. Location was good. This was my 2nd stay with the hotel. Would recommend bringing your family here again. Thank you artotel for the hospitality!

GGuest UserAs this is mY FIRST time stay in Aston Nagoya,I chosed the correct room- the suite fr my family n I. Its very advance since first ever no phone in the room. Using Google is a NEW experience yet uncomfortable. Breakfast spread cn be improve to be much better and the capacity layout cramps. Thankyou to 2 trainees Elisya n Aisyah fr the hospitality AND the front desk tht serves us during check in n out ..superb

We booked our stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence to celebrate our team’s first anniversary and mentioned it during our booking. We were pleasantly surprised by the heartfelt effort from the hotel team; from the beautifully decorated mirror message to the delicious anniversary cake, everything made us feel so special! 🥰
The service was impeccable. The staff were all genuinely warm, friendly, and always greeted us with bright smiles that truly made our day. Every request we had was attended to with care.
Big thanks to Sefi and the team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for amazing service and a personal touch!

KKelsielocation was good, abt 10min grab ride from the ferry terminal. there’s nothing much within walking distance, but it was ok for me cos i had specific places i wanted to go and asialink was near to most/all of them. breakfast was not bad. 👍🏽💯

RRachel Hwee PhengSelected the family suite - biggest room for our family of 3. The room was big and located on level 2. I stayed at rm 225 corner room. Breakfast was good although the fried cakue and coffee can be better. Location is perfect…in between BCS and Grand Batam mall and the local market which provided good food options in the day time and also A2 food court at night. A lot of massage places as well. Will come back to stay.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel wasn't cleaned as expected especially the pillowcase, toilet and also the cupboard. The breakfast option was limited, and the staff there didn't replace it ASAP when being empty. When I asked for the help, it took me twice or three times calling until the staff came.
