GGuest UserBeautiful, convenient and wonderful hotel👍👍service staff was friendly too. For the room, we stay at 2 bedroom executive high floor corner unit, it is clean and comfortable, with aircon working great but only the living area light a bit faulty(occasionally flashing). The balcony living area link to master bedroom which was great but only setback is it was a bit noisy during sleeping hour. For the other room no issue of the noise. For the water on the water dispenser and glass water bottle at the kitchen please don’t drink the water as it is very dirty we almost drank it when we make our tea, only to see closely there is some pieces of unidentify items floating in it. For the breakfast, it was ok. Overall would recommend this great hotel👍👍

GGuest UserI always love this location and always stay at Aston hotels. Aston Nagoya City is my choice because of its location, service, food. Staff are always very pleasant. I loved it when I entered the lobby they greeted me by my name, very personal very nice. I work in the service industry so customer service is important. Thank you, my stay was lovely, I will be back and they always accomodate my request on the high floor because I love photos of clouds.

The location is perfect – it's just a short walk to shopping malls, great places to eat, and even nearby massage shops, which made everything super convenient. The breakfast was also a highlight – plenty of variety and delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we needed to weigh our luggage, they kindly guided us downstairs and made sure we had everything we needed. On a rainy day, they even let us borrow umbrellas – such thoughtful service really made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

We got to check-in early which we appreciate very much as we arrived early. Requested to checked out abit later too so that we can do our prayer for awhile.
Our room's booking was given as per requested - non smoking level, high floor & near lift. The view was great too.
The only down side is - because the hotel is near the main road, it's abit noisy due to traffic. Do not recommended if you're a very light sleeper.

I have my own motorbike n was stop by the security from entering from the main entrance of the cark park
I was direct to go in by the side door that is the slope leading to the cark park. I m a guest of the hotel n I pay for the room I occupied.. what the difference between mobile n motorbike. Difference treatment. Please do some correction on this matter. Tks

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

FFanny OmgA very nice hotel, spacious & clean, helpful staff. The breakfast is good, & we are really enjoy it. This hotel is located nearby city area, & it's very convenient to go around with Grab. The weakness is the sound proofing, especially our room is beside the main road. Quite annoying with the motobike sound, & cant sleep well. For those sensitive to sound, may b can request higher floor. Will definitely come back again next time. Thank you so much

JJamezThis hotel has 2 building, choose the taller side for newer rooms. Choose high floor as lower floors are KTV than SPA. Location is good food/market/Mall/ massage shop are all nearby. Room 802 needs maintaining . Blackout/ aircon no power/ door

PPei ShanI don't recommend anyone to stay there during weekend, there's a nightclub nearby and you can hear the loud music and beats throughout the night, plus the traffic from the road. Just couldn't get a good night rest unless you are someone who can sleep with all the noise. That being said, the hotel location wasn't too far from BCS mall, u can take a grab to get there. The room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom does have a sewage smell which wasn't pleasant so would advise that you keep the door closed. There's quite a selection of cable channels on the TV to keep you entertained.
