Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too.
Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre.
The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration π

We booked the Executive Suites with 2 bedrooms, it was an excellent choice! The check in process was fast and easy, which was a great start to our trip.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. It had everything we needed and was well-maintained. The garden below was beautiful, it was great to just walk around.
The staff were friendly, helpful the whole time. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, everything was fresh and tasty.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Location good. Beside 24 hours convenience shop. Many hawkers not far from hotel.
However, housekeeping service is not good. After check-in, they not provide bottles drinking water, then I requested from housekeeping. The next day also housekeeping not come to my room for cleaning, change towel and provide drinking water and tea. I need to request from them only they will come to provide to me.

Stay here because you have to catch a very early flight. The area is a few minutes away from Hang Nadim Airport. There is a free airport shuttle service as well. For the room, it's okay for two people, it's enough. For the points that have not been improved again yes

Poor circulation. The public toilet on the 3rd floor next to the elevator is not flushed properly so the smell spreads everywhere. The staff is not concerned to check because the situation has been like that for hours. There are stains on the cups in the room so it looks dirty. When I first turned on the AC, the smell was really bad, so I opened the window for 10 minutes before the smell went away. Overall it's okay. The bedroom-bed-bathroom are clean.
