The room is spacious and cosy. Breakfast is good with decent choices. Location is good. Lots of food around the hotel and 2 big shopping malls within walking distance. Staffs are really helpful and nice. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Batam. Highly recommended.

Overall it's a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with free mini bar items. They also generously provided good quality hair dryer. However, I did notice that the towels provided were old and looked dirty, which was a bit disappointed.
On a positive note, the staff were incredible friendly and accommodating, We especially appreciated the complimentary New Year's Eve dinner and countdown party, plus free mini bar items all you can eat. It was a fantastic way to ring in the new year.
We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Very good location, just opp Batam grand mall. There’s a k mart opp the hotel also, good for getting bottled water and magnum for desserts. Room was big and staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, not much selection.

This is the multiple times I stayed at this hotel but the first time booked through Trip.com.
The experience with Trip.com and hospitality is better.

New hotel with friendly staff. The pillow is good and bed is comfy. However the towel is not clean.

Have enjoyed the stay with family of 5. We booked 2 rooms type (king and Twin) and requested for connecting rooms. Connecting room is payable at IDR150000 per night.
They have also helped to do free simple birthday decoration in the room. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good enough for me.
