Happy to stay this hotel, Clean and comfort.
Location near by to all Batem Mall and massage centre. Even the morning matket famous restaurant

Location is very strategic. Grand Batam Mall, Batam City Centre and A2 food court is just walking distance. Room is spacious and staff are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast spread is good. Definitely recommend anyone who comes Batam to stay in this hotel!

I book Artotel Batam for 3 nights. Comfortable and value for money. Breakfast was good. Clean and hotel is still new.

The location is good. Breakfast is less variety but still could be enough to fill your stomach in the morning. Spacious and clean room, but only 1 room card given to us that caused super inconvenience since 2 in a room. I can't go out alone as once I remove the card, the electricity will cut off so my niece can't sleep at al. Cant go anywhere as i am stuck in the room with her since she wanted to sleep.

The hotel is located in Batam Center. There is a food court and a shopping mall nearby. It is very convenient to walk to. There is also a massage center opposite. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. You can also enjoy local delicacies.
