Surrounding the hotel got a lot of restaurants, shop and many many more. Necessary amenities are provided in the room and free wifi connections.

Room is clean, however there were no towels provided when we checked in. I called hotel staff a few times and only managed to get the towels around 10 pm. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on providing the amenities immediately upon check-in.
The breakfast is great.

Affordable hotel rate that is convenient located within walking distance Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. There are also many eateries, shops, massage parlours located within the vicinity. Breakfast included, with a generally well spread.

Tis trip wif families here again n recommend fren over to tis hotel too,different frm b4 is rm no more frig,shower gel hard to press,heater still e same faulty.Tis is e feedback frm relatives n frens,hopefully will be better next time bk again.
