Regarding the hotel's location, it's situated on a hill away from the bustling city center, offering good views but not much convenience. Although a shuttle bus service was advertised, the timings didn't work for us, so we ended up using an online taxi.
The building seems to be showing its age, but our room was quite clean and well-maintained. We didn't have a city view; instead, our room overlooked another building within the property. There's also a spa on-site, which reportedly includes all-you-can-drink beer.
Out of the three hotels we stayed at in the Nagoya area, this one was the least convenient for shopping, but it definitely had the best breakfast. We really enjoyed the substantial traditional local food. I highly recommend the Lontong Sayur.

I had a wonderful stay at Crown Vista Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was excellent from check‑in to check‑out. The facilities were well maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around Batam. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
Spacious and clean room, complemented by well-maintained bathrooms and a range of useful amenities. The location has good security, beautiful hilltop view, accessible to places of interest. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities met all expectations, providing good value for money. 4/5 for the breakfast option.

The cleanliness wasn't as good as depicted in the photos. The room was spacious enough, but generally, dirt and damage were quite noticeable.
