Staff are friendly and accommodating to guests' needs. Cleanliness acceptable for the price point but towels badly need changing. Not dirty by any means but the edges are frayed and tattered.
Food for the breakfast keeps you full but not commendable.

Now with hot water kettle but no coffee or tea mixture which must be bought on your own of if want must go to the lobby for the coffee or tea served. The shower head mixture mechanism is faulty. Water just not enough flowing from the shower head.

My first time staying at Amaris Nagoya hotel and I am very excited about this trip because it’s staff friendly and the hotel location was very close to the famous mall in Batam. I am strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel for your trip

1. Internet was bad. Keeps renewing login.
2. Aircon was so so. Have have on for afew hours before gets cold. “Time to service aircon.”
Overall nice and affordable hotel.

Truly great value for money, room is basic but available amenities were good (strong water pressure, consistent temperature, air conditioning cold enough, bed firm, pillow full and comfy) , a note is that room doesn’t have mini fridge nor hairdryer (the latter can be provided at time u require upon request)and property doesn’t have a gym nor swimming pool . service in hotel is prompt albeit only front desk being able to speak English but all staff were friendly, courteous & thoughtful, breakfast was decent for the room price. Location is fantastic as it’s just next to Nagoya hill mall. Very recommended for those who don’t intend to spend a lot / all day in the room/hotel.

Hotel location is great front desk is honest enough to return my phone when i left it in the lobby upon check out.
BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN THEY DISCLOSE MY ROOM NUMBER TO ONE OF THE VISTOR. AND ALLOWED TO THE VISTOR TO GO UP WITHOUT INFORMING ME.
HOTELS SHOULD TAKE PRIVACY VERY SERIOUSLY AND SHOULD NOT DISCLOSE THIS TYPE OF INFORMATION. ITS REALLY SEEM FRONT DESK ARENT PROPERLY TRAIN REGARDING HOTEL SOP

Abit disappointed with the stay. Room not so clean got spiders on bed. Food variety was miserable
