I would like to share few points, which will help ramraj regency to improve their performance : 1) complimentary breakfast was just an average level & repeated the same menu daily. 2) before check-in, by customers, the management should check thoroughly all amenities in rooms, as i faced tv problem as it was not working for the first two days of my stay as well as in other 3 rooms also i booked. 3) for breakfast tokens & water bottles (complimentary) we have to approach reception and get them done (in other hotels, they used to deliver it in room itself. 4) during my stay, hot water was not available for a day. 5) intercom & wi-fi were not working on my last day stay. For the above complaints & concerns, the hotel management was not taking immediate action - they take their own time to rectify. No photo was taken. Done.
