Location is excellent for the area, with splendid views of the bay from both the room and outdoor Onsens. I miss waking up to the sound of the quacking ducks, swimming in the sea, in the morning already! But I wonder how one would visit this hotel without driving own car. Service was welcoming and the food served was great. Would love to visit if I’m in the area again. Should renovate and upkeep the onsen areas!

It was my first time using the hot springs. The hot springs were wonderful, and the view from the rooms was amazing. I was especially impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff.

I am satisfied with the bath, the food, and the staff. I use it after traveling to Nagato and watching Kabuki. The bath is soothing and the scenery overlooking Yuya Bay is soothing. I think it's good to be alive during the sunset time. I won't let you down on the food. However, in the past, there was a local dish boiled cousin, but it is a pity that it is not now. It bothers me every few months.

I was looking forward to it because it had good reviews. It would have been nice to have a room with an open-air bath, but...the food was disappointing. Dinner is plentiful, but none of it is delicious. For breakfast, there was grilled fish, but the one I brought was cold and stiff when I said it was being grilled. Is it okay if I pick you up when you enter the building? That's what I thought, but when I went home after paying, they didn't show me off and left me alone, which was very disappointing. This is an inn you won't visit again.

I saw this comment and made a reservation, but when I checked in to the room, I was not guided to the elevator, when I asked for a yukata, they came to the front desk to pick it up, and when I checked out, I didn't see you off.I didn't even have a family photo taken. Even when I tried to take a photo, I was left alone without being asked if I should press the shutter, and I felt like the customer service was cold, probably due to the coronavirus situation. It was a shame that the weather was rainy and I couldn't see the scenery like the one in the photo at dusk or sunrise. It was a standard plan, but I paid 21,000 yen per person, so I expected to get a slightly better meal, but it turned out to be a very ordinary kaiseki meal. Unfortunately, the organic GIN "Aomai" with butterfly pea that was advertised as being served at a sake bar was out of stock. Unfortunately, I will not use it again.
