Absolutely fantastic services rendered.
The view is gorgeous, the service is impeccable too.
The food too is considered fairly cheap for its quality and quantity.
One disadvantage would be, the location is meant mainly for self driving tourist

Location is excellent for the area, with splendid views of the bay from both the room and outdoor Onsens. I miss waking up to the sound of the quacking ducks, swimming in the sea, in the morning already! But I wonder how one would visit this hotel without driving own car. Service was welcoming and the food served was great. Would love to visit if I’m in the area again. Should renovate and upkeep the onsen areas!

窓の外から見える油谷湾は本当に絶景だった。
ウェルカムドリンクも時間に制限はあるものの、ソフトドリンク飲み放題+山口県有名地酒などが飲めるのはありがたかった。

夕食の内容が悪いと思います
宿泊費が@￥25,000 程度だと思いますが、夕食は＠￥3,300の定食でした。
この宿泊旅館のホームページの写真などから、大変な違いが見えました
二度と止まる気もないし、私は旅行業の仕事をしていますが
私のお客様には、絶対に進める事はできません

こちらのコメントを見て、予約して利用しましたが、部屋へのチェックイン時の案内もエレベーターまで・浴衣を頼んでもフロント横まで取りに来て・チェックアウト時の見送りもなく・家族写真を撮ろうとしてもシャッターを押しましょうかの声掛けもなく放置状態とコロナでの対応なのか冷たい接客のように感じました。 天気も雨で夕暮れや朝日の時も写真のような景色も見られず残念でした。スタンダードなプランでしたが一人21,000円も支払っていたので少しはいい食事が出るかと思っていましたがごく普通の懐石料理でした。 日本酒Barで出されているとPRのあったバタフライピーを入れたorganic GIN「青舞」も品切れ残念尽くしでした。 残念ですが、次の利用はしません。

評判が良かったので楽しみにしていきました。 露天風呂付客室で良かったのですが・・・ 食事が残念でなりません。 夕食は量は多いのですがどれも美味しくありません。 朝食に至っては、焼き魚があったのですが 今焼いていますと言って持ってきたのが冷え冷えでカチカチ 入館時はお迎えもしていただき良いかな？って思ったのですが 支払いを済ませて帰るときはお見送りもなくほったらかし 非常に残念でした。 ２回目はないお宿です。
