Hotel New Tanda

There is free underground parking. The WiFi is fast enough. The building and rooms look old and classic. The equipment is complete and good.

This hotel has a classic, elegant, 1970s feel. The staff at check-in were very helpful throughout. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was provided daily. The room included a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, mirrors, a kettle with two cups and instant tea, a pen and paper, and a telephone. The bathroom, with a bathtub and Japanese toilet, also included toothbrushes, skincare cotton pads, hair bands, cotton buds, and cups. There are also vending machines in the hallway. The location is excellent: it's on Dejima, near the old Dutch settlement from before the Meiji Restoration, and right next to the hill of Dutch houses. It's very well connected to public transportation. For the price, it's well worth it. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

It's not new, but it's clean and the staff were very friendly, so I would definitely like to stay there again when I go to Nagasaki.

The building seemed to be a few years old, but it had enough amenities and was not inconvenient. It was convenient and within walking distance to the center of Chinatown. The breakfast had more items than I expected and was very satisfying.
