A bit distance from the station. Old but confortable and price is reasonable. A bit distance walk to the nearest convenient store. No parking space available.

It was interesting but better they increase staff communication more especially English language speakers

Good location, the staff was very polite. Amazing restaurants right in front of the hotel.

The service was pleasant and the breakfast (additional charge) was excellent. The interior and exterior of the building were dimly lit, and the hallways smelled of disinfectant. It was unfortunate that the place felt closed in overall.

This is an old-style hotel. The location is also very hidden. It takes an average of time to find it. The waiters are all older and the efficiency will be slower. The cleanliness of the room is okay and the room space is okay! Not a bad hotel!

The hotel has a very quiet and calm atmosphere because it is located two trains from the train street in Nagasaki city.

I was able to use it in a hurry. It was very clean and nice for the price. The rental of blankets was also very warm. thank you very much.

1. Poor sanitation. Mold in multiple places in the bathroom including the shower curtain. 2. The work efficiency is low. There is only one service person for Check in, and it takes about 7 minutes for 3 customers to check in at the same time. 3. Housing is not guaranteed. Ctrip booked a non-smoking room, but was assigned a smoking room. And the store has insufficient housing and refuses to replace it. 4. Most of the hotel lobby has been abandoned. It does not match the picture displayed by Ctrip. 5. The hardware facilities need to be improved. There is no kettle in the room. The picture shows the kettle for the room. And the interior of the room is decorated in the 90s, there are not enough charging ports and the voltage is unstable. 6. The price of the room is very tasteless. Generally speaking, the price of a twin room should be higher than that of a double room. However, this hotel is the only hotel with a twin room that costs less than a double room. 7. The price is high. Twin room 492/night (without meal), double bed room 560/night (without meal). During the epidemic period, this price can be regarded as a high price, and a double bed room of 300/night can be used in very few business hotels.

朝食はとても豪華でセルフではなく、ホテルの方が持ってくるスタイルで初めてだったのでとても良かったです。またフロントの方の対応がとてもよく優雅に2泊3日を過ごせました。ただ、化粧水や乳液などがあればありがたいかなと思いました。

特に何もなく　快適に過ごせました。強いて言うならコーヒーサービスがあるといいなーと思いました。お茶はティーパックがありますが、、、

駐車場の出入りが狭く大型は厳しい また近隣駐車場の箇所が少ない為事前に確認することが大事であると思います
