The lobby is somewhat dated but has a retro charm to it. I stayed in a standard double room which is spacious enough for one person but would be a bit cramped for two. The room seems to have been renovated recently as the fixtures, furnishings and appliances look quite new. The small balcony overlooking Glover Street is a plus.
The staff at the front desk, concierge and the restaurant are all super nice and helpful.
The location is very convenient. The Oura Cathedral tram stop is just down the street and many attractions such as Glover Garden, Dejima, Confucius Shrine & Museum, Holland Zaka, Gunkanjima Digital Museum are within walking distance.

The hotel is a bit I, but you can stay at ease.
The building and interior are a bit old, but the front desk reception is OK and good, and customer satisfaction is high.
The former Tokyu Hotel is now operated as the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel, and as expected, the staff is well-trained

The hotel is quite old. It is clean and the service is OK, but the soundproofing is too poor. You can hear any noise from the neighbors. I didn't sleep well all night. It is the worst hotel with the worst soundproofing I have ever stayed in Japan.
The location is good, and the cathedral and park are just a 2-minute walk away.

The hotel is located on the seafront, and you can see the sea and cruise ships from the mini balcony. There are bus stops and tram stops right outside, and a convenience store downstairs, so you can walk to the beach. There is also a pedestrian street downstairs leading to Gobala Park and the Cathedral, with many small shops to hang out. There are attractions right outside, and I took my kids to the famous Anime Slope, which is on the hill behind the hotel. The room is not big, but it is above average in Japan.
