飯店的服務人員態度非常好，在福岡旅遊住宿感覺最好，
下次會再帶父母一起來遊玩的時候一定會回來住。
而且夜景超漂亮，整個就是度假的感覺！真的值得回味！

A lovely hotel. Beautiful views. Interesting architecture. Someone wrote the beds are too hard. I quite enjoyed them. What we didn’t like was the lack of space for dinner at the restaurants on property. They apparently had limited chefs. We had to travel back to Nagasaki for dinner. If you stay here make your dinner reservations at the same time. If they can’t accommodate your reservation suggest you stay elsewhere. (Like the new Marriott)

We stayed in the main building and the room was spacious and tidy. The room came with club lounge access where we could enjoy complimentary drinks and snack. The pool and sauna were nice too. We were very satisfied with the room and facility. The staff were helpful too.
The only thing we found disappointing was the dining experience. We didn't make reservation for the hotel prior to check in and most restaurants were full already so we had dinner at the hotel tempura restaurant at last. We chose the 14000 yen per person set. The tempura were fine but were served in a hurry. The appetizer and the rice were disappointing.

クチコミがかなり良かったので期待して出かけました。 母が「長崎の夜景を見たい」と言うので、いろいろ探してここがいいかな…？と選びました。 高齢の母を連れていたので２食付きで。 夕食は鉄板焼きを食べながら見える夜景はとてもきれいで、焼いてくださる方もとても丁寧に接して下さり、まあこんなもんかなって感じでした。 朝食は限定３０食の鯛茶漬けを選んだのですが、びっくりするくらい刺身がかぴかぴに干からびていて、申し訳ないけどあんまりおいしくなかったです。 食べ終わったころに無料でさいころステーキやアラカルトもオーダーできると聞き、なぜそれを先に説明しない？ってなりました。 母が頼んだ洋食も微妙だったし。 ラウンジでお酒も無料で飲めるとか朝食の時にもお酒無料とか、あまり飲まない人にはお得感はないかも。

Hôtel très beau avec une très belle vue sur Nagasaki, malheureusement le service est déplorable! Ils ne comprennent pas l’anglais. On a demandé si ils pouvaient nous réserver un guide, ils se sont concertés entre eux pendant 20 min avant de nous répondre qu’ils vont essayer de nous réserver des restaurants pour le soir!! Le service lors des repas est super long. Donc prenez garde, si vous voulez déguster un petit déjeuner moyen en luttant pour faire comprendre au serveur qu’on aimerait du thé, il vous faut compter environ 50 min. Ils ont bon toujours s’excuser, malheureusement gentil n’est pas un métier. Le prix est trop élevé pour un hôtel où il n’y a pas de professionnels de l’hôtellerie.

久々に投稿します。 友人親子と私達夫婦４人で9/23北九州新幹線開通のブルーインパルスを見るために長崎に。 市内は久々の大イベントで大賑わい。 予約はなかなか取れず、やっと9/22ガーデンスイートを確保できました。 ホテルは・・・・デザイナーズホテルの微妙さが・・・・。 隈研吾さんの初期ホテルである北京のオポジットハウスやコミューンのデリケートかつ大胆さはなく、隈研吾さんを使う商業的な典型？のような気がします。 隈研吾さんの初期の作品で、現在「界」となった「蓬莱」の浴場があります。 その当時、別館ヴィラデルソルはデザイナーズホテルの走りでした。 サービスはあります。ホスピタリティと心配りは・・・・・。 どなたかが書いていた、恰好良い固いソファーなど一番大切なものが抜け落ちてます。 23に可能であればホテルからブルーインパルスを見たかったのですが・・・・相談をしても回答も得れず（結婚式があるとか。代案もなく）居心地が悪かったため、観光タクシーを自分でお願いし雨の中対岸のグラバー園に出向きました。（ちなみに前日も同じ場所で快晴の中、練習光景を見れました！） 参考までに。 ワインバーに20:00に訪問しましたが、閉店を告げられました。 そこで、部屋で夜景を見ながらとスパークリングワインをルームサービスでお願いしました。 スタッフが慇懃にワインとグラスを運んでくださいましたが、ワインクーラーは添ありません・・・・・これがすべてを物語っているのかと思います。 また、最上階は有料で事前に知らなかった我々は上がることもできません。 パブリックスペースが少ない？ 慇懃ですが、笑顔が少ない？ 若い方々にはおしゃれでスマートなホテルなのかもしれませんが、不自由でもホスピタリティあるヨーロッパなどの三ツ星が懐かしいです。

スタッフサさんはとても親切丁寧でした。不満な点は、お寿司のネタが乏しかったこと、ラウンジの食べ物がやや偏っていたこと、部屋の壁や絨毯にシミが目立ったことです。広さももう少し欲しかったかも。でも、夜景が一望できる立地は一見の価値ありです。

長崎の夜景を見ながらの入浴。 アメニティ類も充実、スタイリッシュなお部屋。 一人では勿体無い❗️十二分に堪能しました。 朝食では泡活。酒飲みオバサン、朝からスパークリングワイン、赤ワインとエネルギーチャージ。 嬉しい二杯でした(笑)朝食膳も選んでプラスアルファ。パンケーキも頂いて、満足の旅でした。
