Overall the hotel is ok. The rooms, restaurant and swimming pool are decent. But it lacks in housekeeping. The rooms weren't cleaned nor dusted. Cobwebs and hair strands around. The bed linen and towels were completely worn-out with holes. The washroom fittings were old and rusty. Extra bed wasn't provided as shown on the site, but just extra mattress. The kerala ayurveda spa in the hotel is seedy and disgusting. It's unkempt. The staff aren't professional at all. It brings down the standard of the hotel.

Location and room is excellent but room service is very poor. Even though, they are aware that we have cleared all payments before check in, they asked for additional money on check out. Room service have to be better.

The bedsheets are very old washroom floor was full of water and food was not tasty
location is ok. No changes were made in last two
years all things are very dirty need to renovate

Horrible experience. stay for a day but the place was not even worth for an ordinary room’s worth. I could see flies everywhere but the manager is saying it is common in this season. The bed spreads and sheets were strained dark brown but the manager says it’s all from the laundry. Am not sure whether it is a 3 star category as it was a worst stay place.

Bathroom are rusted and dusty. Don’t judge by the photos Complimentary breakfast is so bad, you may get good breakfast from outside street venders.

Thank to mr shaik and his team at queens for a wonderful stay n experience, very ambient atmosphere at a coastal region. The food lunch and dinner was 10/10 and needs improvement on the bf menu. Overall experience would be 9/10. Wish them good luck.

Hotel was located in the main roadside. Restaurant was ok. Rooms were of good quality but toilet had rusty flush and helfo set.
