I would like to thank MGM Vailankanni residency for their hospitality.Me and my family had a comfortable stay over here for 3 days.The staff is polite and sober,The food is delicious and of good quality, The ambience and surrounding is good ,peaceful and clean

The staffs were very polite. The stay was very pleasant. They ensured variety in breakfast each morning and the food was delicious. Having said that the bathroom wash basin and EWC could have been replaced as it had cracks. Also the balcony’s could have had some hooks to dry the clothes.

Nice hotel in Velangkanni area. Very close to the church. Rooms decent quality either good aircon. Bathrooms could be better maintained (small details). Virundu restaurant was excellent. Mr Manivannan in the restaurant was excellent!

Wonderful stay, wonderful food and wonderful hospitality!! We reached the place after a long day travel on road, quite tired. The checkin was just hassle free and smooth so that we had an immediate checking without having to wait. The ambience of the restaurant was quite wonderful. The food served was quite tasty and fresh.

We are quite regular to the MGM Chennai beach resort. We have also stayed in MGM velankani almost about 03rd time with family. this time on 31st May the whole experience was worst and people never bothered about the guest concerns. Especially the senior manager ignoring the guest complaints and not even meeting the guest.( we were told by the security he is GM ) Concern highlighted at the time of check-in was . 1 AC remote was not working 2. Room was not ready and setup was not done as per the deluxe room showed to the reception staff, 3 noticed blood stain on the bed,4.Minibar was making huge noise not let us to sleep at night,5.Door lock key was not working to lock the door. 6. Shower knob was too tight not able to open. We reported all the concerns at the reception and told them that i would like to meet some senior manager. Senior manager was around but no one met us and just they were continuing their job. not worth and one of the worst management i noticed in MGM velankani.. instead of going there and paying 08k, we would have stayed in some other by paying 04k etc.. we were concern on the hygiene but in MGM velankani spoiled our whole stay and we checked out because of this irresponsible act by management and stayed in another hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs, little far away from Velankanni church but they organize local transport to reach there.. Value for money when compared with other hotels weekend rates in that area, rooms are neat and clean, worthy stay!!

We had a wonderful time as usual. It is our go to destination and everything from the food to the ambience and from the cleanliness to the staff have been an absolute pleasure during our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be to incorporate a footmat outside the bathroom door.
