Good food, lots to choose from. The room is spacious. The facilities are impressive.

Most of the guests are there for the golf course, and there seem to be few tourists. The facility itself is good.

Overall, it was very clean, the amenities were perfect, and the staff's attitude when I checked in was also good. However, even though I told them I was planning to check out early in the morning, there was no staff at the front desk, so I ended up having to wait even though I was in a hurry. Other than that, I really liked it and would like to use it again.

It was spacious and clean. Even though the check-in time was later than the last check-in time, it was fine because I had contacted them.

It was about a 20-minute drive from Karuizawa, heading up towards Kitakaruizawa, and it was very nice. Thank you for your help.

There were no small children or foreign visitors, so the lobby and restaurant were quiet and peaceful.

The food was delicious and the facilities were excellent. The price was also very reasonable and it was a very satisfying hotel. I recommend it.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and I had no worries even though I was staying alone. It's far from the town of Karuizawa, but if you have a car, it's not an inconvenience. In fact, it might be better to stay here when Karuizawa is crowded. I definitely want to stay here again.

There was no cup for brushing teeth, which was inconvenient. I heard a man's voice next door, which was annoying. I didn't like the stain on the wall at the back of the room. The view was nice and relaxing.

The people at the front desk were cheerful and very helpful, the rooms were clean and reasonably priced, and best of all, there was a golf course on the premises, so it was quiet and the views were amazing!
