The room was very nice - sufficiently large and with all necessary amenities (even a small fridge). The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and stored my luggage for free, as I arrived early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located, yet in a rather quiet place. It's a walking distance from both Nagano station and Zenkoji temple (approximately 20-25 minutes), however, do note that the nearest bus stop is about 900 meters away, so if you got a lot of luggage and do not intend to get a taxi, that may be a bit far. They also have coin operated washing machines and dryers, in case you need them. Overall, a great option for most travelers, especially in terms of value for money.

What u get for the price

Good, the service is in place, the facilities are a little old, but completely acceptable, there is free parking service, it is some distance from the station, the convenience store is very close, in general, the price/performance ratio is good.

Due to the weather, I had to move in temporarily on the same day, so this was the only one left near Nagano. The location is remote, there is no JR station nearby, and the facilities are dilapidated, but the service attitude of the staff is good, and it is acceptable for short-term stays.

I used it for business use. The location is not very good as it is quite far from the station, but the price is kept low accordingly.

The hotel was kind. I was able to store my baggage before check-in. It was also nice to be able to drink coffee freely.

It was very conveniently located and there was a parking lot on the first floor.

It's a good idea to keep the carpet in your room clean. Well, I'm happy that the parking lot is free 😃　It was convenient to be able to borrow a bicycle🚲.

While the property is a little tired it is comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is good value at the price. It was clean and tidy.

I was very happy with the service and consideration of the staff. Since we were two people, I was a little concerned about the lack of electrical outlets, but otherwise it was not a big deal. It was nice that it was close to Zenkoji Temple.

There were tea, coffee, toothbrushes, etc. in the lobby, so it was nice to grab only what I needed. There was also a microwave in the elevator hall, which was convenient.

The minimum necessary facilities were available without any problems, there was a convenience store about a 1-minute walk away, and the staff were very helpful.I would like to use it again. I think it's too much on the user's part to ask for more at this price.
