Underground parking lot, great value and convenient. I am also very satisfied with the viewing bath on the top floor. Near the bathhouse opening (17:00), there are few people, I can relax.

便利な場所にありました。長野駅から徒歩5分くらい。大きなホテルで、屋上に大浴場があります。部屋の狭いお風呂より、大浴場の方が疲れがとれるのでら有難かったです。
朝食は メニューが多いわけではありませんが、内容が工夫されていてよかったです。部屋も比較的、広くて居心地がよかったです。フロントの方も親切でした。

結婚式場を併設されているので、宿泊に特化しているホテルとは比べてはいけないと思いますが、特段目を引く様なサービスは感じませんでした。フロントのスタッフの方がどの時間帯でも丁寧だった印象があります。

フロント対応がとても良い感じで気持ち良かった！！ 最上階の風呂から、長野駅が見えで良い感じでした。 朝食のバイキングは普通だけど、兎に角、従業員の接客態度が良くて気持ち良かった、、 後から知ったけど、夏には、無くなるなんて、、とても残念です。 長野駅前で和室があるホテルって貴重ですよ、、息子夫婦は子供が2人小さいので和室が助かったとの事、出来たら残って欲しいな、、

駅からはちょっと遠い。 シングルルームでの予約だったが、ツインルームにアップグレードされている。シングルルームでも18平米とかなり広めなのだが、ツインは28平米の広さ。 平日1万を切る値段でこの設備なら大満足だ。 特にこの日、登山後で雨中を下山してきたので、濡れた装備を乾燥させるのに広い部屋はたいへん助かった。 ここには朝食付きで宿泊。和食と朝食が選べてセットが提供されるが、蕎麦やサラダはビュッフェ方式で取り放題。 大浴場もあるし、設備・食事・値段とも申し分なかった。
