This is a truly authentic experience! Cosy, with traditional furniture and bed, whilst still offering very comfortable options it's the best of both worlds. Plus, the view is among the best in town and the breakfast is authentic and charming. It was a beautiful experience to say here and the fact the hosts did not speak English actually added to the experience. I'd be sure to visit again next time I'm in Nagano.

1: I can't believe why Ctrip would cooperate with such a ridiculously bad hotel. 2: We checked in with four adults and three children and booked two rooms. The room heater didn't heat at all, and we woke up in the middle of the night. The hotel gave us gasoline for the heater. The heater smelled so bad that we couldn't fall asleep. It was freezing cold if we didn't turn it on. When we checked out, we were charged 4000JPY for one room per night, which is 200 yuan. It's simply incomprehensible. 3: Regarding the location of the hotel, it is very, very, very, very far away. It takes 40 minutes by bus from the station, and it takes 15-20 minutes by taxi, and the taxi fare is 110 yuan. The hotel obviously has a car but it didn't take us to the station. 4: Regarding breakfast, the breakfast for 880 a night is all cold food. The only hot thing is the miso soup that night, which is still half hot. The child was given miso soup for one night, and the charge was 110 yuan. Experience it yourself. 5: The sanitation of the hotel. I have been to Japan for business and travel at least 20 times, and I have never encountered such poor sanitation. The heater I was given was full of dust, and I didn't even clean it. You need to take off your shoes when you check in to the hotel. The service staff had a condescending attitude and asked us to put our shoes in the shoe cabinet by ourselves. Anyway, they did nothing. 6: On the first night of check-in, since there was nothing around, I asked the hotel to prepare a dinner, which turned out to be a hot pot. I won't mention that the chicken and beef in it were all frozen. I ordered four adults, and the final charge was 26,000 JPY, RMB 1,400. Now I really regret that I should take a photo for everyone to see. He could have robbed money. 7: Because the child had a fever of 40 degrees on 12/29 and had a little convulsion, I quickly called an ambulance to the hospital. The child's condition was not very good in the next few days. He was supposed to check in on 1/1. He was still not very good on the day of observation. I asked Ctrip to communicate and cancel but to no avail. The hotel did not cancel it. Not only did they not cancel it that night, but they did not cancel it for the second and third nights. I had no choice but to stay there for two nights. I was traveling with my child and said that there was no accident, but Ctrip asked me to provide some proof of relationship and a doctor's leave certificate. I want to say that we didn't expect that the condition would not improve when we went to the hospital, so who would pay attention to these certificates. Secondly, most Japanese hotels are very humane. If the child has a fever or the adult is sick, they will basically cancel the reservation, except for this hotel. 8: Finally, I contacted Ctrip at 4 pm and it didn't reply to me until noon the next day. I need to ask the agent for everything. Aren't you an agent yourself? I have been using Ctrip for more than ten years. When I encountered problems and needed Ctrip's assistance in communication and resolution, they always dragged on various official words without any substantive reply content. 9: Ctrip is the middle role between hotels and consumers. Although you will rank the hotels when selecting them, you can still cooperate with such a bad hotel. How did you select them in the system?

This inn made my trip very unpleasant. It ruined what should have been a fun trip. The air conditioner in the room we were given was installed at an angle, so we were worried it would fall. There was a refrigerator, but there was no outlet, so we couldn't use it. There was one duvet missing even though it was for two people, and the toilet paper was left on with the last roll from the previous person. It was extremely dirty. The bathroom's ventilation fan was broken, so it didn't work, and cold condensation was dripping from the ceiling. We were told that we couldn't use the hot spring in the morning, so we had to use the unit bath in our room, so we stayed there after 10 o'clock. The heating and electricity are off except in the guest room. Even if we had something to do, there was no way to contact the front desk from the room. There was no phone. We had no choice but to go to the front desk, but it was pitch black, and all the lights were off. We called out to them, but there was no response. There was a fin heater stacked carelessly in the hallway, which was dangerous. The menu for dinner and breakfast was inconsistent and there were only a few dishes. The taste was light, so we left most of it. When I rang the doorbell to check out, there was no response, and when I turned around, he was dozing off in the room with the glass door next to me. He didn't seem to understand the reservation from Trip, so I paid the regular price. To top it off, in the bill, there was a charge for the kotatsu? I didn't even ask. There was no explanation about the emergency exit, and on the way home, my friend and I kept saying, "I want my money back." It was the worst experience I've ever had. I won't be able to tell my story to the local women's association, so I won't be booking with him again.
