Very near to Train station, bus interchange and to shopping malls. The hotel facilities are a bit dated and lights are very dim and yellow. The breakfast served was very pathetic, only rice with curry sauce, croissants and miso soup.

Staff are extremely helpful and lovely and provide excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and the location is great, only a 2 minute walk to the Nagano train station.
