The location is very convenience. It’s located just across JR Train Starion

The easiest check-in we had as all we need to do was just cross a crossing bridge from JR station to the hotel. Location was unbeatable. Staffs were also super helpful & friendly. Nothing stands out on the rooms but nothing to complaint as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very close to the east exit of Nagano Station, kindergarten children can stay with adults for free, there is a convenience store downstairs, and eating and shopping are at Nagano Station. It is very convenient to take the high-speed rail and bus. The twin room has a luggage rack and is spacious enough to unpack luggage.

The one room key was inconvenient. I almost fell over the step at the entrance to the unit bath several times. The color? pattern? of the carpet on the floor also made my perspective dull, which was inconvenient. The breakfast time limit was different on the notice and on the website, so it was inconvenient to know what was the correct answer. I thought it was very inconvenient that there was no ice machine, but the front desk handed me a bag and said I could use it in the breakfast kitchen. It was a very kind and heartwarming hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The location was great, just one minute from the station and there was a convenience store next door, so it was very convenient. I stayed in a twin room and was surprised that the room was larger than an average hotel, and the bed was also wide so I was able to sleep comfortably. I was surprised that the amenities did not include toothbrushes or razors, so it's better to bring your own. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of items and I was full. There was no air conditioning in each room, but it wasn't an inconvenience. I'm happy that I was able to choose a nice hotel. I would like to stay at your accommodation again.

It was about a 3-minute walk from the station, so it was very convenient and I had a comfortable stay. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no makeup remover, but it was a very good trip. Thank you.

After checking in, I was notified that all rooms have no air conditioning. If you feel too hot, just open the window yourself.

Good budget hotel, had everything you needed, 100 meters to the station) they allowed you to leave your things after check out

Older style hotel, very clean with excellent service. Family, homely feel. Rooms are average size with clean functional bathroom. Wardrobe for your clothes. I loved the breakfast. Choice of traditional or western. The traditional breakfast has excellent miso and smoked fish. Free toiletries are available. Vending at good prices.

The hotel is walking distance from Nagano Station which is a big plus. You can literally see the hotel from the station and vice versa. Staff are very accommodating, room was nicely prepared and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended place to stay in Nagano.
