Its one of the best hotel that I found for my trip, is only 3 minutes from station, and have a large room for 3 people. The breakfast also tasty! And the staff can speak English well!

Outstanding
JJpg.vs.GifGreat location, just 5 minute walk from the JR Nagano station. It has a main entrance and a back door entry way. The amenities were fantastic, room is the average size in Japan, a little small for western standards but it was comfortable. We loved the onsen on the 11th floor and the free use of the massage chairs as well as complimentary Popsicles and Soba at night. The breakfast was also lovely, with a main focus on Japanese breakfast (there were a few western dishes available).

LLeeSecond time staying in a Sotetsu Feeesa Inn hotel and it did not disappoint!
Location was just 5 mins walk from the train station.
Staff was very nice and friendly.
Amenities were self service and was great!
100% recommended to anyone visiting Japan.

CC-EnSize of this room was decent. We were able to leave two medium-sized luggages open with some minor maneuvering. No skincare (e.g. toner, moisturiser) provided for this room type. Pillows are unfortunately too soft and flat for my preference. Do expect some slight noise from the train station as it's right next to it. That said, its convenient location is the biggest plus point of this hotel with direct covered access to the bus and train terminal/stations. Also has multiple convenience stores and don quijote nearby. The Alpino bus stop and office is also right across the road. Would definitely be a return guest should we find ourselves in Nagano again! :)

Bbb travelsThe hotel feels new, and clean. We enjoyed the amenities of the place, and the convenience — all that one expects from a brand-name hotel. The only downside is that the room we were allocated faces the temple cemetery, which should’ve been told to us earlier upon check in. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent hotel for a quick short stay in Nagano.

KKLYKLYHotel service is excellent, room is very clean and breakfast is delicious (Japanese cuisine) .
We enjoy staying there for 8 days, 15 minutes walk from Nagano JR line. If you have many luggages on your way back to Nagano JR station (too much shopping done after the trip 😅) suggest you let the hotel staff know they will book a taxi for you ( only cost JY 900). I had a pleasant stay and fully recharge after a short break. Definitely will be back again. ありがとございますた。

DDaria GutsenWe chose this hotel by location first of all, because we arrived around midnight at Nagano station. The hotel is very close to it. There was convenient check-in and check-out automatic system. The facilities of the room were great - private bathroom and a toilet, and also pajamas. The room is very small, but it is totally sufficient for a trip.

WWei LeThis place is ~5mins walk from Zenkoji temple. neighborhood is peaceful at night.
Shoes to be removed outside the accommodation. Rooms are on the 2nd floor so you'll have to carry your luggage up (there's no lift).
Room (with window) is huge. You'll have to head downstairs to use the shared toilet and shared onsen (no toilet inside the room).
We were only allowed 30mins of onsen time for 2 pax - couples weren't allowed to use the onsen concurrently so we had to go one after another (i'm not sure if the instructions got lost in translation..). Felt very rushed so i didnt really get to enjoy the onsen experience, but overall was nice and clean.
Interesting 6.30am tour around the area and within the temple itself, followed by a simple vegetarian breakfast (porridge with omakase-styled sides with miso soup) back at the accommodation. The morning tour lasted from 6.30am - 8.30am.
The accommodation provided a fleece blanket to each pax to bring to Zenkoji temple to keep us warm during the morning praying ceremony. We went on 30 Dec and it was SO COLD.
Overall interesting experience but accommodation price is pretty steep IMO.

LLumI very recommend for this hotel best of all, free parking, wide room and the breakfast is the best of what I have before, i would forget and will come back to stay again.

IIvanReceptionist was very friendly, recommending places to eat and things to do. Room was clean. The washing machine is free to use. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Location is about 15-20 mins walk from nagano station. And about 10 mins walk to zenkoji temple, you can wake up early and walk to see the early morning prayer that occurs at sunrise.
Lots of food options as it is beside gondo shopping street

おおひぐThere was a corner where massage chairs and cartoons could be read freely on the upper floor of the hotel.
The facility itself was old, but it was good to stay in a good location in front of Nagano station.
