It was a very nice inn. It seems that meals are not provided as a rule, but there are many nice restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't a problem. We had mackerel noodles for lunch, and for dinner we went to an izakaya using the map recommended by the inn. The izakaya was in the style of an old Japanese house, and we were satisfied with both the atmosphere and the value for money. There were few options for breakfast, but we bought a lot at the supermarket and popped it in the microwave, which was enough for us. There was no TV, but board games and novels and books were available for borrowing, which was a nice touch. We borrowed a game called Tagiron, and it was very exciting.

I stayed here with eight of my classmates over the year-end holidays. It was my first time in Shiga Prefecture, but we chose it because it was in the middle and easy to get together from Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo. We were glad that we had the whole building to ourselves. Also, the whole building was divided into two rooms, and each room had its own sink, bath, and toilet, so it was comfortable even for a large group. There was a drink service in the refrigerator, and we bought hors d'oeuvres at the supermarket for dinner, so we really enjoyed it. If I had to say something, I wish the sauna in this building was a little bigger, since it was for two people, so we could have enjoyed it together.

I stayed here because I wanted to use the private sauna! The herbal scent and the loyly were just as I expected. If I had to say something, it's open until 9pm, so if it was available until around 10pm, I could have used it after dinner...! (It seems difficult because the staff manually turn off the sauna...) Also, the location is great! About a 10-minute walk from the station? There are large local supermarkets and convenience stores, and many nice shops along the way, so I was able to enjoy both the food and sightseeing during my stay.

久しぶりの帰省に利用しました。 馴染みのある町並み、シャッターが降りてしまったお店も増えて来た中で、とても素敵に、町と調和しつつ、それでいてちゃんと快適なホテルが出来て嬉しいです。 立地はとても良く、サウナも布団も快適、家具も飛騨の家具というだけあって、しっかりしていました。 また帰省の時には、立ち寄りたい宿です。
