The building is new-brand, the facilities are up to date so you will be surarounded with comfort. But first thing is their hospitality is highest as well as service. The procedures are great after them you become as a new-brand. Your energy is rejuvanated. Moreover, the location is great as it is in the middle of mountains with full of greenerry around it. What about the kitchen, they are delicious and obviously clean, even got a moment to talk with a head chef, he is master at his job and great guy, no wonder why is it delicious like that.

Very good resort i had a very nice time with my mom. I’ll recommend to visit there , excellent service, staff, very tasty food. Big resort with a lot of options. The medical staff were excellent and professional. The pool very big . Come visit there

Everything was just super and great. The work of the staff of the sanatorium, restaurant and medical department was at the highest level. Hospitality, friendliness, responsiveness, professionalism. Great food and excellent cuisine. Great animation. Comfortable spacious rooms. We will definitely return. We recommend this sanatorium and this resort to everyone. Best Regards Namig !!!

Great guest experience amazing entertainment delicious food big rooms perfect medical care wonderful staff and the nature! Pool is so big and wide. Lunch and dinner buffet are so rich and tasty. Lobby bar team is amazing and helpful. Very well done

I don't normally leave reviews, but this spa resort definitely deserves it. I stayed there with my family. Food was great (variety of Russian and Asian food). There were fresh fruits and delicious cakes every day, we were spoiled with choice. Draft local beer is very decent as well. Medical centre was well organised with super friendly and welcoming team members. Not sure about effect of naftalan baths just yet, but having so many different treatments included was interesting and pleasant experience. Facilities are clean and well looked after. After staying there for two weeks I felt that I became a member of big family. Hotel staff is very professional and well trained. This resort exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend it and can't wait to go there again!

We went here for a oil bath as a novelty. The staff did their utmost to fit this into our tight schedule. The Spa facility looks great and the staff is really friendly. Both breakfast and dinner are buffets with a good selection with lots of fresh and heathy options.
