新開的酒店，包含一日三餐，感覺比外面的飯店💊豐盛且美味的。為了洗石油浴專門來的，酒店的設施都特別新，員工和遇到的住客對中國人都特別友好，接待處有一個小哥能説英文，別的地方靠翻譯器溝通沒有障礙。需要注意的是酒店週六日是不提供石油浴及其他療養服務的，衹有周一到週五才能洗石油浴，週末衹能正常使用游泳池及土耳其桑拿設備。

Positive: variable food, good medical treatment, knowledgeable doctors, clean rooms, 24/7 customer service. Negative: Language barrier is the issue. For example pharmacist and night shift nurse don't speak any languages except local and not possible to explain to them what the need is or what the issue is. Another issue is safety. When transfer to the airport is sent, they don't provide car license plate and driver's name. In the middle of the night, in darkness, someone drives you to unknown direction for 4 hours without you being aware of the route or driver's identity.

The budget wise of the hotel is good and affordable for the guests. I could say the personnel was very friendly and helpful but the guest service Therefore, I enjoyed during my stay there and specially thanks to Kamala (sales representative) for her approach.

Everything is perfect except the shower because the shower keeps becoming from cold to hot than from hot to cold. But everything else is really good! There is a free compot in a reception I drink it everyday. The wifi speed is really fast, I could download any movie under 10 minutes!

It was an exellent experience! Treatments, food, hotel were above my expectations! My specilal thank to miss Lala the receptionist who became my personal helper with all my needs and questions. All the stuff were friendly, smiley and high-skilled. My gratitude! I do strongly reccomend this fantastic hotel to everyone! You will be in paradise!

Hotel is newly opened in 2023. Relatively small and comfortable place, warmest hospitality in SunCity is making it perfect point to have a rest and get unique treatments with Oil for health problems. Main are therapeutic baths with oil like chocolate. Thanks to Sabina and Rofel taking care of the guests in baths. Egana xanum in phyziotherapy with rich experience gives valuable recommendations. Trip was during Novruz holidays with extended celebration within 3-4 days. So, variety of a entertainment programs managed by Emin perfectly. And of course, all this was accompanied with a plenty of food offered by Chef from delicious azerbaijani cuisine. Areas for improvement are İnternet connection and fittness facility. Hotel is highıy recommended.

The hotel staff were welcoming and professional. We received very good procedural treatment at the spa. Thank you for a very good experience. The meals and the workouts were very good. We look forward to visiting Sun City Hotel and Spa again.
