First of all, I can say that just advertising this "hotel" is one big scam. The "Hotel" is advertised as a 4-star "hotel" on ***********. Nothing in this "hotel" had anything to do with 4 stars. At best, this is a bad boarding house. The room is advertised with 12m2. Maybe 12m2 together with the bathroom ??? The room itself measures 2.5x3.5m. Given that it is winter, it is understandable that rooms are not heated when there is no one in them. However, the room should be ready for the arrival of guests. It was 12 + -2 ° C in the room upon our arrival. Due to such a temperature, it was not possible to use the bathroom for washing or showering. We tried to heat up the room with air conditioning, but it turned out to be non-functional, because at maximum settings for heating and at least three hours of operation, the room warmed up by maybe a degree or two. There was also no pulling or blowing during the operation of the climate. Due to the cold, we were forced to sleep dressed as there were no extra blankets in the room. The pillows were maybe 5cm high. I don't know how it is with the norms, but I have never seen such low pillows in hotels. There was no large closed closet in the room where luggage or outerwear could be stored. There were only a few open shelves, but they are not enough for a normal stay. The paint is already peeling off in some areas, and in the bathroom, the beginning of mold is already visible on certain joints between the tiles. The towel rail at the sink has long since lost its function as it slips off the towel every time it is used normally. However, the biggest scam is that you are charged a full amount of credit card before you even perform the service. My credit card was debited on 20.12.2021 at the bank, which means that the application was submitted earlier, ie 19.12.2021. We performed the service on 19.12.2021 in the evening around 20:00. The card was charged without my knowledge. When we wanted to leave the "hotel" on the morning of December 20, 2021, the staff said that there was no problem, but that the service was already fully paid (2 days) and that they could not return the money for the second day !!!!!!!!!! !! Let me conclude by saying something about the breakfast included in the service. Even in the renowned 3 * hotel, where I was the only guest, they prepared a buffet breakfast with a large selection. In this “hotel” the only choice was tea or coffee and among the three types of tea. Another 2 small pieces of bread, a small package of butter, jam and honey, a piece of dessert and toast were obtained. And not to forget, 100ml of fresh orange with ice was also added. Such breakfast, if not included in the service, they charge an additional 10 € / person. Everyone personally can form their own opinion if the price for such a breakfast is acceptable? I myself believe that in any nearby bar that offers breakfast, for 10 € it is possible to get a much better service.
