Small hotel, with only 12 rooms. Incredibly friendly staff, offering to make a small meal when we arrived late in the evening. The hotel is very private, the only sound you’ll hear are the crickets. The warm athmosphere makes you feel you have the place all to yourselves. Amazing pool, open from 9am untill 7pm. Breakfast is served at your table- all very fresh. Close to Nafplio, but we also recommend to have at least one meal in the small village!

The Perivoli never disappoints. On this trip my wife and I brought our granddaughter to experience the region. After the hustle and bustle of Athens the Perivoli was a welcome and peaceful retreat. As usual the staff was pleasant and attentive. We booked a family room which was large and comfortable. It had a huge bathroom which was much appreciated by our granddaughter. The pool with its unmatched views was a great place to unwind. We loved the wonderful breakfast each morning before heading out on our travels. We’ve stayed here before and God willing we’ll be back. If you’re in the area give it a try….you can thank me later.

With all due respects to the earlier reviewers, this is definitely not the place to stay if you want to be a tourist in Nafplio. This hotel is in Pyrgiotiko, 20' outside Nafplio. Location: it is in the boonies. Way out of town with dirt roads. GPS took us to the wrong side and fortunately, it was not dark and we could carefully turn around. Hotel staff is aware of the GPS issue and should inform guests. Food: Breakfast only. It is a la carte and ok. There are some snacks for a short window in the evening, otherwise no food, no shop, nothing! We checked-in in the evening, and were sent to the only open tavern in town which literally had zero customers. We drove to Nafplio for dinner. Rooms: they have 12 (I think) rooms. We booked the biggest one with a balcony. It was small and the balcony shape makes it pretty useless. It may be a great place for relaxation or retreat but we did not enjoy our stay.

We stayed at the Hotel Perivoli six nights. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, especially Georgianne, the front desk/ everything else staff member. She coordinated taxi rides to Nafplio, about a 15 minute taxi drive. In addition she organized for us do a tour of an olive oil production facility. The facility was clean and welcoming. Our room was kept everyday. The view from our room was beautiful to say the least! We purchased breakfast for our stay. There was a variety of meal choices. All breakfasts were made to order and authentically Greek. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cold. However, it was open and well kept.

the hotel is located just 10minutes from Nafplion city's center. Yet, is in an ideal location for those seeking a retreat to have some rest, enjoy the mountainous view and taste some local great food. Totally recommend the place. gives you peace and quite in close distance from the busy Nafplion. Rooms are spacious. However they need a small renovation. Didn't bothered me at all. I would visit it again!

Stunning views but hotel was sterile and unfriendly. Our room was accessible for the disabled (we were warned) and the whole atmosphere and environment was that of a sanatorium. Lots of "do not" instructions around the pool (no shallow end). Very poor breakfast - stale bread, wet coffee. Nafpion is a lovely town - try to stay closer. We left early after just one night.

Second time visiting. Staff are exceptional. Beautiful view. Nice breakfast included. Pool closes at 7:00 pm which is quite inconvenient after a long hot day. Room showers are awkwardly arranged. Signage up the winding dirt road is not great.
