I stayed in the female dorm and thought it was great! Had a peaceful nights sleep both nights I was there. It seemed pretty clean to me. The bathroom facilities were fine.
Unfortunately, after having a “fresh fruit smoothie” (fresh fruit is questionable.. it was a white milkshake by the looks of things, see pics) I was violently ill and spent the rest of my time at Smugglers in my bed.
I thought the bar/grill was a bit expensive for what you got, I had a deckhands breakfast and I was still hungry afterwards (see pics).
Also the pool is quite small and it’s right in the middle of all the tables chairs, I didn’t see anyone swimming in there ever. There also isn’t much of a beach.
The majority of the staff were super friendly and helpful!! Especially the ones at reception.
There is a desk for booking a wide range of excursions, I didn’t book any though but heard from other guests that they enjoyed them.

Garden view room is looking straight to other hotel windows. TV has a wifi but couldn’t connect! So we could not use YouTube or Netflix. At first TV channels worked bad (look pictures).
Also I found a small cockroach in my bed!
The location is great, a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel has atm (BSP), bar and small swimming pool. There no shadow for sun loungers. The hotel could not dry our clothes.
I recommend to consider neighbour hotels - Ramada Suites (the has dryers and washers in the rooms) or BulaBard.

The staff is very friendly & ready to help for any additional services, it would be nice if we could walk to the beach before sunrise to see the sight & some mosquito repellents are used or to be taken along , the tomato & dal soup is wholesome & excellent best tasting soups Ive ever had with a good slice of garlic bread ,Thank them for the tasty soups , The manager is a good hearted person, in all a nice place even for solo travel

Lovely hotel, the staff were so friendly and the other guests were also really nice. The location is great and only fj$20 to the airport. The only issue was the bed sheet had a few stains.
