Only the singers at the hotel lounge could save the night , they are too good . The hotel needs some Renovation , It looks very aged . Resturant staff wasn’t attentive , nobody came to serve me . I gave to go to the bar counter to put in my order after some time . Beef steak I ordered for dinner was too chewy .

Very old, dated rooms. Surprised a Mercure would leave a hotel with rooms in such need of renovation.
Staff were friendly and accommodating with luggage storage.

Hotel is very nice but washrooms are really bad , no exhaust fan , if showers and toileta can be better very good place to stay .overhall ok

Pros: People are friendly and kind. It was nice service, Breakfast & swimming pool was nice and there was a Beauty lab which we had a nice massage.
Cons: hot water is suddenly out of order. I had to have a cold shower because they weren’t sure when it can be fixed. There were a lot of insects in the room, bed bugs and cockroaches we ended up giving up to catch all of them. I missed my tour bus because they said I was late, which I didn’t. And said to me “just take a taxi” And They didn’t even checked how many people&who was waiting for, I wish they could do something more or put a little bit more effort for their guest when pick up bus driver was there.

This was such a good spot. The staff are so wonderful the rooms are clean and big. They have live music and to help your travel experiences you can book directly with them. Overall I really think the Mercure contributed to a great experience in Fiji

Breakfast is truly appauling. The food was not warm even though i was there within the beginning of service.
