This is the worst service I have ever experienced in a five-star hotel in the world. First of all, the hotel is still under construction, and the balcony of the room assigned on the day of check-in faces a messy construction site. No tourist coming for vacation will be willing to stay in such a room. Secondly, the front desk service was very perfunctory and slow. When we asked to change rooms that day, we were told that there were no rooms. They promised that they would arrange other pool rooms for us the next day, but when we returned to the hotel the next night, the front desk said they had no idea. Qing made us wait for 20 minutes and then the front desk manager called us. At first, he still said there was no room. After 10 minutes of negotiation, he reluctantly changed to a room facing the swimming pool, and his attitude was very average. Thirdly, the hotel breakfast is not good. It is basically the same every day and the variety is not rich. The taste is average. Finally, the hotel's swimming pool is good, but the beach is not at all good, and a small part of the beach is only black mud. I will not choose this hotel again next time. I am really disappointed with Crowne Plaza Fiji!

This place is ok, nothing amazing, I was disappointed at checkin given my IHG Platinum Elite status that I didn’t get an upgrade, they said nothing available even though the resort was extremely quiet which I was surprised about. The room was ok, again nothing great, just a standard hotel room, the ‘fully stocked minibar’ that was promised was empty, which meant a quick trip to the store up the road. Pool is lovely and pool bar is nice, the work that is going on though is distracting and doesn’t exactly give a nice relaxing atmosphere but I knew this before I came here so that’s fine. I think this place will be better when it’s finished, I hope they have activities and it’s got great potential, maybe not at the moment, the rooms however are very standard and if you’re paying upwards of 700-800 FJD for them, I’m not sure it’s worth it, Denarau would be a better option. There is no bus to Denarau either so it’s a 70 return cab ride. In summary it’s ok, staff are amazing as they generally are in Fiji, if the area gets developed it could be great, as it is there’s not much around here.

What a wonderfull and amazing services provided.Excellent customer service.Food was a wow.Such a great taste and definitely worth the price and quantity.Team f&b were on top of serving and made sure we enjoyed our FAMILY dinner well. Definately recommend best dining experience here in Nadi for lunch & dinner.

expensive oversize room especially as an overnight stay NO hot water in suite cold shower only at 5.30 am!! tea facilities but had to move the nmicrowave to find the only plug for the kettle Only food available in the evening was a Fijian buffet$80 a head and no other options no iron in the room long delay in calling for luggage pickup on check out at 5.50 am no one available to complain to not an experience that i would care to repeat.Advise Amex travel accordingly
