This hotel is quite disappointing. On the one hand, the hotel lobby and restaurant are beautifully restored in the original Art Deco style. And the food in the restaurant was decent. The hotel experience itself, however, is quite poor. Rooms are shabby and tired. Carpet stained and torn in the hallways. Door to the room cheaply made, and furniture in the room very generic and cheap. To top off the cheapness, the instant coffee that was provided on the first day was not replenished on the second day (we stayed for two nights). We thought it was a mistake, and called downstairs, when we were told that the guests only receive the little coffee packets on the first night. How cheap is that??? Honestly, don’t recall any hotel ever in my life having such a policy. It would cost, at most fifty cents to provide the instant coffee, but somehow this ridiculous cost-cutting measure and making the hotel guests unhappy is worth it to the hotel.

Cleaning ladies was active and friendly. They was best think in this hotel. At the restaurant we had our worse experience ever. One hour after waiting our food we asked for them and waitress admit she forget to order it but She said they will come as soon as possible. We might be stupid because waited second hour and then asked again where is our food. Then it took about 5 minutes and this portion was mine what I waited two hours. Not worth it but I was starving in this point after 12 hours of traveling and eating light on the way. If there only was any other restaurant open we would go eat somewhere else. Luckily we get 40% discount, but we would not recommend this restaurant. It took a while even get our drinks and waitresses seemed to be always on rush to go away from our table. Breakfast was ok but I got two hours after eating it my first food poisoning experience. We didn't go to this restaurant anymore on our trip and staying in hotel.
