Everything is fine, except breakfast no good and old facilities and cannot park at hotel , need park another parking place and take shuttle bus to hotel.

You can choose to either take ferry or 25mins walk to hotel from Kii-katsuura station. They have two outdoor onsens that located in the cave that’s definitely worth trying out.

Thanks a lot for sending our luggage to the room. The scenery is amazing out of the window. However, our request is quite but not corner room which is not achieved.

Couldn’t deny that the onsen is probably the best that I ever been! And there are few to choose from which are really nice. The room itself however is pretty old. Food is really good and great selection both for morning and dinner in buffet style. Hilltop view is also the best in the area.

This is a large hotel, and a lot to explore. Make sure you ask for rooms in the middle - some rooms may have blocked view.

There have two kinds of breakfast. One is terrible set meal which is totally different with normal Japanese style breakfast set. And the breakfast dinning area is just as simple as you can image . Won’t suggest anybody book this hotel. Nearby one is much better and you have freedom to walk around.

Fascinating hotel that wouldn’t look out of place in a James Bond movie. Longest escalator I’ve ever seen. Cave Onsen are amazing and unforgettable experience especially as the sun was rising over the pacific. Seemed to be all local Japanese tourists. Didn’t see any Westerners there.
