Took 4 hour trains from Osaka but totally worth it! Everything is perfect - the room with seaview, breakfast, dinner, onsen, free icecream and umeshu lounge, and especially the top-tier service. Highly recommended.

Extremely good service and good. Outstanding and attentive staff to make your stay feel great. Not too many people which was great and big plus for sending to train station with car when it rained a lot.

I stay 2 night here. Service is excellence as always. Do check in before heading to Port and ask where is the place. Got lounge and timing for ship to bring you to the hotel.
There is also shuttle bus bring u to train or bus station from the port so do request for it

Onsen is very superb. Food is delicious. At 15.00 free beer!! Sake and umeshu is free at 19.00. Room is clean and comfortable.

I must give a very good review to this hotel. The service is door-to-door pick-up and drop-off. Everyone's face is filled with a sincere smile of service. It's really attentive. My mother took out medicine for dinner and breakfast, and the Japanese came to ask me if I need water? Is tea okay?
