I would just like to thank all the staff at the resort once again for making our Wedding exceed our expectations. If you want a seamless, trouble free wedding experience with some of the most professional staff one could ask for, Ka Chong Hills should be your first and only choice of venue. The staff will be taking care of you every step of the process leaving you to focus on the big day not the minor details. We chose to have a western style wedding and the venue in the words of my best friend put on the best wedding she had ever been to. The food was amazing with truly authentic Southern Thai dishes. The venue was beautifully presented and provided a stunning backdrop to the wedding, the ceremony location was truly picturesque and romantic. The staff were always on hand with a cool drink to refresh me between the innumerable photos one has to pose for at these things. They ferried my wife between make up and dress changes with perfect timing. The resort also provided the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in as an upgrade free of charge for my Bride and I and also upgraded my elderly friend from Australia in an act of stunning kindness. My wife like all brides was nervous on her wedding day and I said to her ”Relax, these people are professionals. They do weddings all the time and will take care of you.” they did exactly that. They gave her a wedding that was all her dreams come true and more. I could not be happier with the excellent service and venue. I happily recommend this place as a great choice of venue for a wedding.

This is our 5th stop here, and no complaints from us. I note a review here from a lady from Seattle who's used to staying at Hilton's or Hyatt's or the Shangri-la. I too stay at those hotels on occasion and can certainly recommend the Shangri-la in Bangkok, but the Rimnatee isnt a 5* hotel, it's a budget hotel, and it needn't and shouldn't be judged by those standards. The Rimnatee is a charming and we'll designed hotel with parking alongside the spacious bungalow rooms. While it isn't far from a main road it is quiet and yes, you do require transportation to get into Trang, or to the restaurants. The rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. And the towels clean and well laundered. There is indeed a towel each, but if you need more you can ask. If you are staying more than a day then the towels are replaced each day. Our last stay was 4 days and this I recall.vAs for ants, we haven't come across any, but they are here. And if I do find them I don't blame the staff. They are ubiquitous. I recommend anyone, and certainly anyone with children to stay here. You won't regret it The staff are lovely, and helpful. I don't speak Thai. But I try, and they'll speak English easily. As for breakfast. I've had better, but it's sufficient: cereals, eggs and chicken sausages etc. Toast and fruit, coffee and tea. The swimming pool is great. There aren't too many budget hotels with pools so put that down as a plus We'll be back.

Polite staff, friendly owner, super cute, talking like a very friendly person. The place is calm, next to the rice fields behind. There is a coin-operated washing machine service. The parking lot has an umbrella, next to the main road, quiet, next to the famous cake shop Tha Pap. The parking lot is very suitable, there is an open space as well. There is a seat in front of the room to smoke, sit and relax in the evening atmosphere. The wind is cool, the weather is blowing. Agas is not like in the city, but Next to the city, there is free coffee, service all day below, there are things for sale, stairs are easy to walk, there are only 2 floors, open, very clean, during the rain there will be a few insects. But the staff always cleans and take care of them.

Great hotel right on the main road. Room was quite spacious. Liked the beginning of the 20th century industrial design features. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is very big, but requires a bit of renovation. Nice balcony with garden view. The breakfast pretty good. Nice staff at the reception. Big parking lot. Nice restaurant is within walking distance from the hotel. All in all pleasant experience and good value for money.

Stayed here two nights. Location is very central, 15 minutes from Trang Airport and only 5 minutes to Shopping Center. Reception was friendly. We had a higher up room facing to Khao Pub Pha which make your life wonderful to wake up with these sunrise. The room was pretty spacious for a city hotel and well decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom also good with nice toiletries. Breakfast was amazing both in quality and variety - lots of authentic Trang such as Khao Yum , Kha Nom Jeen Puk Tai as well with breads, pastries, fruits especially fried banana we love it. Highly recommended.

the room downstairs is very good,there may be a little humidity problem upstairs Get a room downstairs, good, convenient, with a bathtub, a sofa, convenient to travel, but there will be a problem with the sound of the next room. If there is a loud door closing, it will be heard very clearly. The staff has a lot of service. Very good service, friendly.

Re booked this places as it was a very comfortable stay We loved the stay The Reception staff are very polite and helpful And there are many good night market and malls to go around other then the adventure trips in Trang city
