our family were affected by serious illness and this hotel did not want to know about our circumstances nor did they answer our phone calls.
We were eventually assisted by Trip.com but poorly until their MR TYNAN became involved and he was very compassionate about our situation.
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS OR book it at your risk of being badly treated!

Отель умер. Людей нет вообще. Унитаз протекает. Шведского стола нет на завтрак, заказываешь по меню. Добраться до центра без такси невозможно, тук тук ходит очень редко

ไม่ค่อยมีคนมาพัก อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำมีให้แค่เจลอาบน้ำ กับ ครีมนวดผม อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยมีอะไรมาก ห้องแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น และมีเสียงดัง พื้นห้องก็ไม่สะอาด เดินแล้วมีฝุ่นขาวติดเท้า แต่ก็มีมาทำความสะอาดให้เพิ่ม ตอนไปตำหนิ แต่ก็ได้ไม่มาก คนบริการเป็นคนไทยน้อย ต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสาร เสื้อคลุมวันที่ 2 เหม็นๆบางตัว สรุป ไม่กลับมาพักอีกนาน แน่ๆ
