Great place to stay. Simple, but very extensively equipped with items and equipment. Cleaning is done every day and the apartment lady is very friendly and helpful. No negative points whatsoever.

Heliotrope studios are situated in the heart of Mitilini. You have everything you need at arms reach. Maria is so wonderful and helpful! I was amazed as to how much effort she put into helping all her guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and lack nothing. There is also a small garden at the back where you can enjoy your early morning coffee in peace before you take the buzzing streets of the center. A place not to be missed... We will come again...❤️

9 nice spacious studios in the very centre and really helpful tips from Maria. The disadvantages are: lack of water (hot and cold) which can start anytime and last up to 30min. Huge problem is the lack of parking. It takes a lot of time to find anything and far away. Lastly, if you are not an early riser you will be woken up by the cleaning ladies in the morning. If you can deal with all the three, it's a good place for you!

Staff was friendly especially Maria went out of her way to assist. The place was having some renovations done new sensor lighting and furniture cabinet upgrades. All in all the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We stayed at the Heliotrope for two nights in mid-November. Everything was excellent, the room was spotless, very comfortable for three people and exactly as in the photos. With two TVs, with a kitchen and in the center, close to the shops and the shopping street. But the main thing was the service of his people, their good mood and their willingness. We met Maria at the reception who helped us and explained everything in detail about the city and the island from the first moment. Maria, thank you for everything.
