Mythical Coast Wellness Retreat

We rented a room at the Mythical hotel for 2 days between January 24-26, 2025. I went with my wife, my two daughters aged 15 and 5. The main reason we chose this hotel was that it had an indoor pool and a thermal pool. Because this hotel was very far from the center. It also did not allow us to rent a single room for our family. Therefore, I had to rent 2 rooms. Despite everything, I rented two rooms at this hotel so that only my children could swim in the indoor and thermal pool. When we went to the hotel, there were two single beds instead of a double bed. There was also a single bed that could be opened on the side. We found it strange that there was no double bed for the family. This room was enough for a family like us since our little child was sleeping next to us. However, the websites on the internet did not allow us to rent just one room. During the two days we stayed at the hotel, my children could not swim in the pool because the pool was broken, that is, the water was not warm enough. As far as I know, the water in the thermal pool is very hot. After all, we have used the thermal pool a few times. However, I believe that there is no thermal water in this hotel. I have never seen such a thermal water or pool. All my children's dreams have been destroyed. I am very upset about this as a father and the only reason for this is this hotel. They do not deserve even a single penny of the money I paid. Since I rented this hotel far from the city center for the pool, I had to pay more fuel for the car I rented and we could not tour the city center enough. The extra room fee I paid is also a plus. Since they hosted a football team for two nights at the hotel, the breakfast was not enough for some guests and they were aggrieved. In addition, the parking areas are not very suitable for parking and I had trouble parking one night due to the guests who came for the football team, which created a large number of guests. I did not see a sign upstairs stating that there is parking. I would like to be informed if there is. In short, this hotel has victimized me and does not deserve the money I paid. My respects.
