Hotel location is good, the intersection is Pizza Hut. I booked a city view room, but it seems that there are not many cities. The sanitation is not bad, the water is provided, and a refrigerator that is not so frozen is also provided. I tried a Kung Pao Chicken at the hotel, as shown below, with a tax of 310 rupees. Hahaha taste really dare not compliment, so I suggest you order Chinese restaurants or choose special Chinese food. Other services are good and newspapers are also available.

This hotel was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in while visiting India. The rooms were beautifully decorated & very clean, the beds were comfortable, even the sofa was great to sleep on . The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for affordable and authentic souvenirs, the shop in the hotel next to the dining area is a superb place to visit. There were many breakfast options at the buffet and the food was good .

By reading some bad reviews, we were little sceptical about the hotel, however for the sake of location-wise convenience we went ahead with the booking with minimal expectation. The hotel check-in process, room service given and the cleanliness of the hotel (most importantly the washroom) had amazed me. The price was very nominal too. So trust me guys, there are some old reviews setting us back, but now the realty is very different. If you are backpackers like us, not looking for AC rooms always, but going after a vibe then go get it!!

I recently stayed at the Heritage Inn, Mysore and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This gem of a hotel won me over with its understated comfort and charm. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel at home- their genuine warmth was refreshing. The room itself was spacious and clean and it provided me with all the comfort and amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The food served in the hotel’s rooftop restaurant was delicious. The menu was not extravagant but the quality and taste was excellent. My visit was not for tourism, but the hotel is located very close to Mysore’s major tourist attractions and access to public transport. Overall, I highly recommend the Heritage Inn, Mysore for travellers seeking a comfortable place to stay and at an unbelievably friendly budget. It’s the little things that make all the difference! One of the best hotels in Mysore. I decided to stay here for my special day - birthday and the hotel ensured I had an amazing time. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The service was polite and friendly. Staff at reception were very warm. The place was brimming with guests. There was a function going on in its banquet hall too. All of it was being managed well. The highlight was the food. Scrumptious and tasty spread. So many varieties to order from and we hogged like there was no end. All of it was lip smacking. Ample parking space available too. True to its name, the place was indeed grand and gave us a lot of peace during our stay. It is so close to so many attractions in Mysore and is a total value for money. I highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Mysore.

I went here with family recently. Excellent place. The food was delicious, but it does operate only during certain times, and is buffet. I didn't notice a phone in the room, so i guess there was no room service for food, but there is one designated person you can call in case of any concerns. You can also call the manager who responds immediately. The place is safe for kids and has some games, cycling and a trampoline where they can spend time. I noticed solar powered pathway lights that have motion sensors, and brighten when you approach them in the dark. Very nice. Rooms were well appointed and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Ac had power back up. We didn't go for the safari, but will definitely go back for more. It is located near the backwaters, so boating is also available. Connectivity is not stable, and can range from great to bad. No cards accepted. Up i is available, but subject to prevailing connectivity. It is close to the jungle, so pols do expect bugs and insects in the room if you don't close the windows.
