The hotel is very good. Ample parking space. Easy access to tourist places. The room was very nice, spacious and well maintained. Very comfortable mattress. Courteous staff. Breakfast Buffet spread was excellent. The Restaurant’s ambiance was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for upcoming travelers.

The best thing about this hotel was its location. Actual hotel was average, quite old and dated but clean. On entering the hotel, the reception and lobby area is quite swanky and posh looking with a lovely glass elevator leading up to the rooms. Once entering the rooms, found they were dated and not very appealing (although clean). We had a window which overlooked the pool but no balcony. Food (including breakfast) in the Castle Restaurant was average but good in the snack bar. Staff were appalling. Absolutely no customer skills or service between them. I have never come across a Guest Relations as rude or as miserable as they have here. In the 2 nights we stayed here, not once did she smile. The only member of staff that was pleasant was a young lady called Devinka. Everyone else made us feel like uninvited guests. To it up, hotel ok, staff rude and l wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

Hotel is very old but in good condition rooms are clean only problem with staff they are very lazy & 1 more thing in this hotel they have tv in the room but TV not working because they didn’t do recharge if you call them to come in room & start the TV they will come & tell you TV will start in 10 minutes but it will not start because they have to pay for recharge & they don’t want to do recharge rest is ok

The property is an olde world style with modern amenities. You can easily walk to some attractions like the zoo and aquarium. Staff were very welcoming and helpful in explaining the rules of Kabbadi. All meals were buffet with options of both local and western cuisine. There is a pool for hot travellers to relax. A good stay

Across from scenic Kuppanna Park this hotel is a safe bet for a no fuss stay. Soaring foyer and glass fronted elevators greet visitors on arrival. Our quiet room faced the pool. The bed was cloud soft with good quality sheets. The bathroom shower had a window that faced the bedroom - somewhat of a novelty. The hot water took time to arrive and then it was only tepid. Wifi was okay. Our room had an adjoining door, I was glad to see it had a slip bolt fitted to ensure privacy. The room had a safe and a fridge. Of particular note was the vast number of quality food choices at the dinner and breakfast buffet. Service was fine.

This hotel provided a comfortable retreat after a day in Mysore. Spacious rooms and a foyer, ample amenities, and ironing facilities upon request made our stay easy. The buffet offered varied options for breakfast and dinner, and the staff's warm hospitality made our one-night stay memorable.

It is pleasant staying here. Very decent hotel and situated In the heart of the city. Everything quite reachable. Staff is decent Service is ok Gym is very small with decent equipments, but manageable. Very good swim pool Good food Good catering staff. Hotel PROVIDES COMPLIMENTARY YOGA SESSION BY SUPRIYA REALY MUST ATTEND HER CLASSES. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY DOING A GREAT WORK. AFTER HER SESSION, body is so RELAXED. THANKS SUPRIYA
