Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend One of the worst experiences of my life. I’m sharing this review so others can make an informed decision before booking at Sepoy Grand. Right from check-in, the experience was unpleasant. We were greeted by a staff member named Roja, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we raised this concern with the reception manager, Aftab, we were shocked to find the same unhelpful attitude from him as well. Such behavior from hotel staff is completely unacceptable. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Beyond that, there’s nothing to appreciate. The rooms were infested with bedbugs. Both I and my children developed rashes during our stay. Despite informing the staff multiple times, no action was taken. The management's complete disregard for guest comfort and hygiene is appalling. I've also attached pictures to support my experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Poor service, unclean rooms, and unprofessional staff make it a place I would never return to.
