We stayed at a lovely property with friendly and attentive staff. A special thanks to Mr. Ganesh and Ms. Anusha for making our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we appreciated the beautiful rooftop pool and 360-degree bar. The food was also delicious.

One Word : WOW! Kudos and Big Thank You to Brigade Group & Accor for this Hotel. Hotel: It's not IBIS (for those who know the Brand) This is a very premium Hotel. Room Amenities: By Walthr (Top UK Brand) very cozy pillows Ideal sized Bathrooms. Definitely recommended for Families, Couples and Corporates. Very Ideally located within the Tourist Circuit. Food: Very Delicious Food...2 Restaurants and a dedicated Bar. Local Cusisine to Continental it caters to multiple palette. Exe Chef Gaurav Bansal was in personal attendance almost every morning. F&B team led by Abhishek took good care of us during our stay. GM Mr Ganeshram was there making sure guests felt comfortable. Front Desk Team was very warm and welcoming. There were amd always area a few if and buts but ignorable.. I had read a few reviews, only thing to add is on Full House weekends it does get difficult both for the Guest and Hotel but the Team is trying to improve. Hopefully! In Future the Hotel will address some of the genuine concerns raised by other guests and improve thier service standard. For Us it was a pleasant stay and we are fully satisfied. As I said a few ignorable niggles were addressed immediately. Just To Add I'm an Accor All Member and the review is my personal experience at the Hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We spend 4 nights and 3 days in total. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the food excellent but it is the management and staff that really make this hotel stand out. They really do put customer satisfaction at the top of the list not just saying so. A special mention to Kasturi who made sure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Also another special mention to Javed our tuktuk driver and guide for 3 days also employed by the hotel. He gave us a real insight into Mysore and not just the normal tourist spots. If you get the chance I would highly recommend it.

Room was hygienic and the linens are very comfortable. Very clean washroom. The food service was very yummy. All the staffs are courteous. We will definitely recomend this hotel for sure. Will come back and stay again here. Well done all of you.

Excellent service glad we choose this, good bed we love suit rooms got service in a minute after a call . Morning food is fantastic though it is complimentary. I will surely recommend you to spend here.. planning for a trip @ mysore no doubt drop urself here.
