Stay in emerald urban comforts was really great and budget friendly. Staff was really good and helpful reastuarnt buffet breakfast was amazing

Hotel location is good. 15 mins walk from Mysore Palace. Entrance is very Narrow. Parking area is next to the building in open area. Lift is good. Hotel rooms are in 2nd & 3rd floor. Reception area is small. Common area is also Narrow. Rooms are small but all basic amenities are there. Bathroom level is little high, so one extra steps created which is dangerous for tourists particularly for senior citizens. Rooms were not fully ready. We had to follow up for some items. Staffs are good but lacks professionalism. A big flat screen TV was very good. Restaurant is on 3rd floor in terrace, Spacious & restaurant staffs were good. Buffet breakfast was reasonably good. Chef of the hotel is excellent. Every item made excellent. Terrace is the main attraction of the hotel. Dinning tables are also in open Terrace. Other than rainy season,it is a nice place for dinning. Views are also good from the Terrace. Chamundi hills are nicely visible. Though hotel is mentioned as 3*, It can be rated as 2* as gym, swimming pool not seen.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff was cool. Even though it's a bit small, it's a good place to sleep and get ready. Plus, it's near cool spots like the Palace and the Zoo.

Decent stay, the hotel is simply superb. Maintained very neat and clean. Food and ambience in the restaurant is also good at a reasonable price.

Overall experience was good... but rooms are little expensive. They are providing complimentary breakfast, that is very good. They are also providing taxi arrangements for site seeing

1. The overall stay was comfortable.
2. Behavior and attitude was professional and polite.
3. Issue regarding wasrooms tab was raised byt they couldnit solve. Room was decenet and average.
4. Satvik the rooftop rastaurant was oure veg and taste of the food is average.
I would recommend this Hotel if someone is looking a place to stay near mysore palace with pocket friendly budget. I was charged 7500 for 2 nights.

The stay was okay but the wifi was not working properly and also they charged a thousand rupees for 2 hours early check in even though the rooms were available. There were some issues with the washroom taps.

very very pathetic service
Displayed in the mmt application is different & at the time of check is in different room allotted
no proper service for everything needed to call for Reception so many times for basic needs
I don't prefer this property in future
