We never made the trip, Had to cancel months before we were to go. The management was extremely attentive during the rental agreement process. We were hoping to reschedule with the Palms but the condo we wanted was not available. My communication with them was immediate. ALL communication stopped after I received the confirmation stating that the condo was cancelled and money would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. A month went by and no refund. I made numerous texts and calls and NEVER got a response. I was beginning to think this was a scam. Finally, the money was refunded, but not all of it. I am, again, trying to get in contact with management to find out when the remainder of the money will be refunded. NO one is responding. The website indicated FULL refund if cancelled before a certain date. We were well within the allotted time frame. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism. RENTER BEWARE! UPSET IN PENNSYLVANIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
