Thanks for a great experience, we on the ocean, I know I heard people complain about it being wet in the elevator but they had workers cleaning every sec, and see people with wet feet just dragging it back.. thanks for the great customer service, I’ll book again next year 😎 front desk 😎 security 😎 cleaners 😎 everyone ☺️ thanks yall

The Elevators were out of order throughout the whole property. The whole time we were on vacation. Which really was inconvenience for our stay. If I was aware before checking in I would’ve been more relieved. To where I wouldn’t have mentioned it in this review. If I had know I would’ve booked somewhere else. I also got over charged would have never released until I looked at my bank statements. This resort could do a little bit better by prioritizing customers time during their stay.

We have stayed here 2 times. And it's been great. Love the comfort of the rooms. We actually left Panama because it was terrible and came here and loved every minute of it. Will definitely return

I went to this hotel for the weekend. I am from New York. The first room they gave me. Had towels all over the floor and pizza boxes in the sink. The next room was ok but the kitchen light kept cutting off. The lazy river didint work. The hot tubs water was brown. There is no room service and we didn’t have any wash rags and face towels. Never again!!!! Plus only one restaurant was open for dining.

My first room TV didn’t let you view channels they had to bring new TV because previous person had locked all the channels ,
Roach in bathroom, room was older, but front desk lady fixed me up with a great room after that and my last 3 days were great.

The workers manage to do the best they can with the conditions they have. Overall I was ok .

The property was a bit run down but had great pool area and had great beaches. Also a bit hard to get around inside the property. Plus you had to pay for parking. Rooms were nice.
