Rooms were great, kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils. It was very handy to have a washer and dryer right in the room. View was beautiful in an oceanfront room. Staff was polite and helpful. Tiki bar was great. Breakfast bar was so so. Wi fi wasnt great

excellent and would stay again Our stay was great. All the staff from front desk to maintenance were perfect. Everyone was friendly, kind, helpful. they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Loved the on site covered parking. The place is older but very well maintained and clean. The room was spacious and view from balcony, gorgeous!

We continue to love paradise resort. We always check them first when we get a hotel. We are sad when we have to go somewhere else.

Definitely “family friendly” as there were kids running around with no parent in sight, everywhere. Good luck if you want a peaceful time near the beach. We were kept up past 1 am with kids playing in their rooms and the hallways.

It was a great property, but too many children, no authority around, I could not even enjoy the lazy river or the pool. One of the agents was rude, I was standing there first and she took my friend over me and did not even apologize or say anything. I really did not like that.

Good location and great service at the front desk. Staff are friendly and greet you whenever they see you. My only complaint is that I had to ask for coffee bags and cups every day. Other than that, everything was wonderful!
