Our room was used and not cleaned. Towels were brought to the bathroom, the bed was dirty, and the trash can was full. When we asked for another room, we were told it was fully booked. Then there was one available after all, so we went there—mind you, at 2 a.m.—and the room was occupied, with someone sleeping in it. They gave us another room, which was mostly fine.

Close proximity to the beach. Room was clean.The wifi was really alow. Tell was older hotel that has some upgrades. Room didn't get cool enough for me. Had tub/shower combo. So if you have back problems like me lifting your leg up over the tub to stand in the shower. Recommend getting handicap room. Hopefully the will upgrade to Walk-in showers soon.

Nothing wrong with the place. It's just a busy summer hotel in a busy place. It was clean enough but it's hard to keep common areas as clean as they could be with that much traffic. Room was a little musty but that's to be expected with the humidity present this time of year. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is above and beyond for a hotel at this level. The staff there (Sally) really try their best. Front desk staff was courteous and professional. One word of advice. Not so much a criticism of the hotel because they're probably isn't much they can do. If you use the bathroom there, do yourself a favor and give a quick courtesy flush! The capacity of their toilets on the bottom floor at least to provide a powerful flush is weak. I say this as someone who has faced this issue on my last two stays at this hotel. Yes I had to go ask for a plunger. 😔

Toni at the front desk was fantastic. She went the extra mile to get us into a room early. My wife was having surgery later that afternoon, so she was able to rest before the surgery. Overall the hotel was quiet, and met our needs effectively. There is an area overlooking the intercostal waterway that’s really great. To not be an oceanfront hotel it does a good job to supply a nice place to stay that doesn’t cost a fortune.

Very clean all around. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Pool was much smaller than expected. They need some umbrellas, too hot n sunny to sit at the pool for any length of time.

Great value for the price! Front desk systems were down when I arrived and instead of a big deal they made check in go super some. Will definitely stay again.

Myrtle getaway Property was comfortable, breakfast was excellent with polite and accommodating kitchen staff. Only drawback was that the front desk got our reservation confused after one night of a 3 night reservation and threatened to put our possessions in storage while we were on an excursion outside of cell service. Luckily when we returned to service, I received multiple voicemails and returned the call to get the situation resolved before they emptied our room. Also wanted to use the pool but the water was cloudy, needed servicing.

Overall stay was good. Quiet even during bike week. Front desk staff when we checked in was lovely and pleasant. The morning after not so much and had to wait some time for some to return to the desk.
