The only issue I had really was that there was a dead waterbug on the floor as we walked in. Other than that, all was decent.

Check in was not good. I booked 2 rooms at the same time with one charge and they charged me 150.00 deposit per room. Unacceptable and unheard of. I have stayed in 5 stars that don’t charge that amount for a one night stay.

Property is conveniently located on the boardwalk and was well maintained.
However it is old and tired. The vanity is tiny and the sink stopper and hand held shower didn’t work.

Thought I would be in main building where the elevator would be.Instead I was in the building across with no elevator and I did oceanview and it’s side view and can’t see much of the beach.

This Hotel is in need of being updated, The room I had on the 3rd floor was reasonably clean, But not pleasant to look at with the worn furniture and Appliances. The walls are in need of a paint job and the floors were just nasty looking. The bath towels are slightly larger then the hand towels, Both the bathroom and kitchen sinks were slow draining, And the hot water is dangerously hot except for the shower. I killed a Roach that was on the shower curtain, Thank goodness it was the only one I seen during my 4 night stay. The surrounding area outside the hotel appeared to be well maintained, And the staff were pleasant and I was allowed to check in early, But being on a Wednesday in February I’m sure my room was available early. They say you get what you pay for, And for what I paid for I guess I shouldn’t complain. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not. Next time I’ll pay for a quality Hotel.

Hotel doesn't look like the pictures on this website. The hotel is out dated, parking is horrible, and the rooms smell like smoke. I maybe wrong but this isn't a place for children not family friendly and lot truck drivers and locals smells to hangout there. I wouldn't recommend this for a family vacation. Rating is 3/10

I booked a stay for myself and my wife. Not knowing the area I wanted to be close to the boardwalk. The location is about the only thing the Hotel/Motel had going. The fridge was broken and leaked water all over the kitchen floor area our entire stay. The coffee maker was broke. The curtains facing the front walkway would not stay shut so anybody walking by could look into our room.( we improvised by using hair alligator clips) There was roaches and other insects crawling inside the room so we had to check all our luggage packing at the room and unpacking back at home very intently.Wristbands were given for the pool area but nobody was ever checked as people came and went who may or may not have been staying in the hotel. We asked for extra coat hangers and were told house keeping would bring them but never received them over the 4 day stay. Drink machines are were located on every odd level and the ice machine is only located on the 4th and 5th floor which was not communicated by the front desk I had to ask security.
