温泉がとにかくよく温まりました。お部屋の眺望も最高でした。窓を開けたら本当に素敵な山々がパノラマで楽しめてゆっくりお休みできました。もちろんお料理も美味しく、ご飯はたくさんおかわりしました。また、秋に泊まりたいですね。

We booked this for the traditional Japanese Lodge/Onsen experience and it did deliver. It is very basic living and only for those who want to experience the traditional stay and hospitality. I rated it good as it delivered what we expected. There are no creature comforts and you sleep on a traditional futon which was surprisingly comfortable. The staff are very accommodating, helpful and polite. The location is in a village so there are no places to go out.

室内風呂に髪の毛があった
露天風呂のお湯入れ換えていないのでは、食事も落胆した、室内の壁紙もあちこち剥がれ、気持ち悪い部屋で最低の宿でした。

バリアフリーではない。
脱衣所にアメニティがあるとホームページには記載されてましたがありませんでした。
古い建物なので仕方ないのでしょうが他の部屋の音が非常にうるさい。
朝も目が覚めるくらい非常にうるさい。

ホームページの写真がとても素敵な旅館に見えた為、6月の初旬に親子2人で一泊しました。 駐車場に車を停めてキャリーケースを引いて玄関に向かっている時、従業員の方が花に水やりをしていましたが「いらっしゃいませ」の言葉も無く、荷物を運ぶのを手伝うでも無いことに驚きました。 ベッドの部屋に泊まったのですがカーテンが破れていたこと、電気が一つ着かなかったこと、電気の傘の中に小虫の死骸がたくさん入っていて気持ち悪かったことなどがとても気になりました。 そして一番驚いたことは、お茶を出してもらった時湯飲みを鷲掴みにして提供された事です。お客様の口が当たる部分を指で掴むなんて考えられない接客ではないでしょうか？ お風呂も正直言って狭くて快適ではありませんでした。 妙高温泉は歴史のある由緒正しい温泉だと思います。そして今は他の宿はどこも廃業していて香風館さんだけが営業されていると思うので、接客や部屋の掃除を今一度見直せばもっと素晴らしい旅館になると思います。がんばってください。
