I paid for a birthday cake and a bottle of wine to be delivered to a guest at your hotel for her birthday. You charged me 100 euros to my credit card. You called the guest to their room to set up a time for the delivery. The guest gave you a time frame. However, someone at the hotel forgot to take the presents to the room. The next day, after checkout, while the guest was getting into the cab to go to the airport, someone from the front desk remembered and tried to give them to her. She refused to take anything. I sent an email to the front desk and no one replied. I am sure the managers don’t know about this. I am disputing the credit card charge and I will follow up, hoping that your hotel takes responsibility.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. You are right on Platys Gialos. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. You get a free private shuttle to and from airport or ferry for arrival and departure. We were welcomed with free drinks and given a free bottle of wine with lunch. The breakfast each morning was a huge buffet with lots of delicious options and was included with our stay. We also were able to use the beach lounges in the first three rows on the beach included with our stay. We were in a deluxe suite that wasn't ocean facing but had a lot of space. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was fresh and delicious as well. The hotel is very near the local bus which we took in and out of town. There are also multiple mini markets and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Second time staying at this hotel. Stayed in a dream suite, 2 adults and 3 kids. Worked well, only drawback was the one shower.. (which wasn’t a big issue anyway) Location great, beach is excellent, beach beds included as part of the stay, is really beneficial as it is a big saving when you have 5 people! Breakfast was really good. All staff very polite and helpful. Lots of bars, restaurants and convenience stores within close proximity.

Property is geared for party goers. Felt like a spring break hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location and proximity to swimming beach was excellent. Great restaurants close to hotel.

Let’s start, even though it advertises itself as 5 star hotel, it is not. 3+ grading would be more fact based review. First, the accommodation is not 5 star level and quality. Cleaning, it is dirty. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, but we stayd in suite, where the deck was nevel cleaned. Pictures of the hotel on website are nice, however reality is different. It also seems, the staff has quite severe challenges on responsibilities. ie. It took an hour for us to book ourselves in. On breakfast, in case you order from wrong waiter, it means you don’t get any breakfast. To get any breakfast, reserve 1,5 hours to get it. Prices are high at the hotel. Average bottle of wine goes up to 75 Euros. Positive is, hotel restaurant food was quite good and tasty. Hotel mgr. Was really shady person. It looked like everyone is afraid of him. We are still staying couple of days here and let’s see if the service gets any better. Location is nice, beach is near and all the restaurants are within walking distance.

This is not a hotel. This is a nightclub with rooms. We stayed here for 3 sleepless nights. The music is at obnoxious decibel levels right below the rooms at the beach bar until 3am. There is a neon green Exit sign above the door that lights up the entire room and no way to turn it off. I have never seen anything like this in a hotel. It was so bright. We had to wrap a dark T-shirt around it and attach towel clips to darken the room. The road noise is very loud. If you value sleep, this is not somewhere you should stay.
Our room had a pool that was full of leaves and not cleaned for the duration of our stay. The shower wall leaked and we had a flood in our room every time we showered. No one came to address the issue. The coffee maker and safe in the room did not work.
The temperature controls are locked by the hotel at 25 degrees Celsius and you cannot adjust to make the room cooler at night.
If you make the mistake of staying here, make sure you wake up early for the complimentary sunbeds. The last 3 rows are complimentary. Go to the right as much as possible to avoid the deafening club music all day.
The main lobby has a WC with several inoperable toilets and no running water to wash your hands and strong sewer smell that permeates the lobby. Absolutely disgusting.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants do sleep before 3am.

This hotel wants to be a nightclub. So you will not be able to sleep. The music is thumping from morning until 3am every night at the beach bar. On a Monday night or a Tuesday night with not a soul in the place, they still are playing music at outrageous decibels at the beachside bar that is directly below the rooms. It’s completely obnoxious especially when there is no one actually patroning the bar. If you make the mistake to stay here, during the day, grab sunbeds to the right to avoid the ear piercing music. The sunbeds in the back three rows are complimentary. There are several hotels to chose from on this stretch of beach. Choose any of them! The shower wall was not sealed properly so we had a flood every time we showered. They sent no one to take a look at it. There is an bright green fluorescent exit sign by the door. No way to turn it off. So if you like to sleep in the dark, this is not the hotel for you. We ended up wrapping it in a dark shirt and using towel clips so we could sleep. The Nespresso maker in the room didn’t work. They must know because they don’t provide coffee pods. The safe in the room doesn’t work either. We booked this hotel for the pool. Our pool was on the rooftop. The bottom had leaves and was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. If you value sleep, this is not the hotel for you. I cannot recommend this hotel.
